Perfect for our “Indoor” cat in the countryside!
Living out in the country, our dog is constantly bringing “presents” back inside from the tall grass. Even though our cat stays indoors, we started finding a few ticks on the dog that made us worry about the cat becoming a target too. I wanted something that wouldn’t involve messy drops or harsh chemicals, and these natural flea and tick collars have been a total win.The biggest selling point for me was the ingredients. Instead of heavy pesticides, these use a blend of essential oils. On the back of the insert, they actually list out the concentrations of things like Cedarwood Oil, Lemongrass Oil, Rosemary Oil, and Clove Oil. This adds up to a 9% active herbal formula with the rest being the flexible material of the collar itself. It has a distinct herbal scent, mostly the lemongrass and clove, but it’s a lot nicer than that chemical smell you get with traditional collars.Our cat can be a bit picky about things around his neck, but he didn’t put up a fight with this one. The material is non-greasy and really soft, so it doesn’t seem to pull on his fur or irritate his skin. I used the two-finger trick to make sure it wasn’t too tight, and it was super easy to buckle and trim off the extra length. It’s also waterproof, which is great because it doesn’t lose its effectiveness if the cat accidentally gets a little wet or needs a quick cleanup.You get four collars in the box with two blue and two pink options, and each one is supposed to last for 8 months. That’s essentially 32 months of protection if you only have one cat. Each collar comes individually sealed in its own foil pouch, so you don’t have to worry about the others losing their scent while you’re using the first one. Since putting it on, we haven’t seen a single hitchhiker on the cat, even with the dog still coming and going from the yard. It’s a huge relief to have a simple solution that works.

Great cat flea and tick collar.
I received the flea and tick collar on time. This comes in a package with four flea collars – two blue collars and two pink collars. Each collar lasts up to 8 months, so one package can potentially last up to 32 months (almost 3 years). For the price, this would be a very low-cost treatment for your cat.The collar comes in a longer size. You simply cut off any excess, so it will work whether you have a small or large cat. The collar did not feel greasy or unpleasant. The collar is also waterproof. This is important as my cat used to be feral but now spends about 75% of her time inside. When she is outside, I will not need to worry about the effectiveness wearing off if she is in the rain.I also personally do not find the smell offensive to me. I wouldn’t have been able to tolerate it if it had smelled like smoke. To me, it smells like a garden of herbs, which is much more pleasant than a medicated flea collar. My very opinionated cat accepted wearing it without any issues.It is important to note that this is not a medicated flea collar and does not use chemicals to protect the cat. To me this is very positive. Instead, the collar is using natural scents and oils to repel bugs. The flea collar description advises it protects cats against fleas, ticks, lice, larvae, mites, and mosquitos. I love that this is a natural bug prevention as it will be healthier for my cat.My cat has been wearing the collar for a week now and she is doing very well. She has not had any allergic reactions and is not scratching herself. I definitely recommend this collar for natural protection.

my sister really likes them
I gave these collars to my sister as a gift because her dogs are always going on outdoor adventures with her. She loves hiking and walking in wooded areas, which are notorious for ticks. The collars are easy to adjust
These collars feel soft and the color is cute. I checked the length and adjusted it before putting it on my kitten. Plenty of room to adjust as she grows, which I appreciated. We’ve gone through rain and one bath already, and the collar stayed in place. It didn’t loosen or change texture. That gave me confidence.I like that the ingredients are plant-based. Powerful scent at first
First natural flea and tick cat collar I have ever used on my cats and so far, no scratching or sign of fleas on them. Fit both easily and had to trim off the excess. Scent is strong at first, natural oils hit the nose real strong but after a few days, that was tolerable and didn’t bother the cats. Up to 8 months of use. We will see how the longevity is .
