Beautiful Life Changes!!
These patches are one of the most phenomenal things to come into my life! I was taking over 10 pill supplements previously and I cannot tell you how awful that daily experience was. The taste…abysmal. The physical effects….nauseating. So to obtain literally ALL of the same benefits I was getting from the tablets and capsules in a simple patch WITHOUT the side effects is such a beautiful improvement to my life!I have gone from taking everything in the picture on the left and some others as needed to simply wearing the two on right. No nausea. No horrible tastes. No psyching myself up for 10-20 minutes to get all of these capsules down. Just a simple – peel – stick – live my best life every day!

Use for 30 days. Saw no difference
These multi-patch daily Multivitamins are convenient to use, but I saw no difference in my body. The different vitamins. I guess if you can’t swallow pills, this would be much more convenient to use. The first couple of times that I tried to take the patches off the paper, they stuck to the paper, and I had to kind of push to get them off for people who can’t swallow a pills. This might be a good idea. I just couldn’t see any difference that they made in my body, so I will pass on these for the future.

Great option for getting the micro-er micronutrients
Transdermal patches as a delivery mechanism have their drawbacks, namely that in their simplest form they take a while to deliver active ingredients and those ingredients cannot be water-soluble or in large amounts. But their drawbacks can be mitigated, and because all you have to do is peel and stick, they’re perfect for those who can’t tolerate pills.Looking over the Supplement Facts panel, I see the manufacturer has more or less avoided including nutrients that require large doses but included many water-soluble compounds in addition to the four fat-soluble vitamins (A, D, E, and K). The picture remains the same after ignoring the ingredients like Vitamin E and phosphorus that are present in trace quantities. Due to how patches work, it’ll probably take a few days of regular use on a strict schedule to get everything settled, but then you’d have nutrients being released into your system at a steady rate 24/7.As for how they stand up to daily use, I’ve used them for about three weeks by now and can confirm that they easily stay on for a full 24 hours each, even through sweaty workouts and showers. Of course you’d want to choose the right spot, pat dry instead of vigorously toweling, etc., but it doesn’t take much care to keep them attached.Assuming you can get micronutrients that require larger doses elsewhere in your diet, and assuming that these patches have those mitigations I mentioned for delivering water-soluble compounds, I think this product is a great alternative to traditional supplements.

Bad quality, doesn’t do anything
I don’t really see how these do anything. Made no difference for me at all. Maybe it’s a placebo thing.Also, more importantly, the adhesive sucks. Half the ones I tried to use for stuck to the paper and had tk be thrown out.

Hard to say how much can be absorbed
This appears to be a pretty good choice for a transdermal multivitamin. I do find it strange that the listing does not show the nutrition facts panel nor anywhere list out what is in this vitamin.You get 100% or more of your daily value of vitamin A, vitamin C, vitamin D3, vitamin k2, biotin, and vitamin B12. Some of your other vitamins and minerals in here are in strangely small quantities like vitamin E is .04% of your daily value. Phosphorus is 2%, magnesium is 5%, potassium is .40%, calcium is .50%. Considering these work out to be about a dollar a patch it’s still pretty comparable (in price) to taking a normal pill multivitamin so this could be preferred for people who don’t wanna take a bunch of extra pills every day. However, I feel like there’s so many gaps in what you’re getting that a lot of people would still need to take additional vitamins and minerals. After doing a little bit of research, I’ve also found out that many vitamins and minerals can’t effectively be absorbed through the skin. Vitamins and minerals that are fat soluble are more likely to be absorbed than the water soluble ones. So again there’s several things in this list that you might not really be absorbing at all.This company, Healthogenics, does appear to be third-party tested and holds an ISO 9001 certification, which is related to quality standards however it is not the same as GMP certified. this package also says made in the USA. I think these are probably safe to take and they will be convenient to use when traveling but otherwise I will stick with a regular pill multivitamin to be sure I’m actually getting that nutrition.

I’ve been using this multivitamin patch for a few days and am giving it a five-star rating for its convenience and ease of application. Easy to Use
The patches are very easy to use. They stick well and don’t cause any irritation. I can’t say that I have noticed any difference in how I feel while using them. The best way to tell would be to have some vitamin levels drawn. I just had my annual bloodwork, so insurance won’t pay for anymore.
