Good dog car restraint
Perfect for my medium size dog. I keep it in my car attached to the child seat restraint bar. It functions in both the child seat bar and standard seat belt slot. Easy to hook up and use. Great length to keep my dog in the center of the seat. It’s well built and looks good. Wouldn’t use it for your dogs leash for walking, it’s too short for that. It would probably work in a bind of your dog had to go take care of business. Good overall product!

I’ve used it for over 20 rides, across ~300 miles, and it has been reliably locked in every time.Why I Bought It:I needed something that wouldn’t disconnect mid-turn and could safely restrain a 50 lb medium breed dog that moves around a lot in the backseat. My older plastic and fabric designs just weren’t cutting it.Fit & Compatibility:This tether works well in both a 2021 BMW X3 and a 2018 Hyundai Elantra seatbelt buckle. Hands-down the best dog seat belt we have owned
We ordered two different dog seatbelts for five different vehicles (2 convertibles, a wagon, a Bronco, and a crossover). Things I loved most about this PetBonus dog seatbelt:- This seatbelt is rope style as opposed to a flat wedding strap. It has not tangled like other styles tend to do. Our puppy is able to stand up to see out the window, and to lie down on the rear seat without becoming tangled or twisted.- The safety clip on the harness buckle provides an added sense of security. It operates smoothly and feels sturdy enough for our 50 lb pittie puppy. Note that we always use a harness in the car, and never attach the seatbelt to a collar.- In addition to the seatbelt clip, there is also a cargo tie down option, which we truly appreciate when the seats are tipped down in both the crossover and the wagon. We simply use the secure clip option to attach the seatbelt to the cargo tiedown ring. Either option is easy to use.- The black color coordinates with four of the five interiors. One of the convertibles has brown interior.- The length is adjustable for a taller or shorter pet.Hands-down, this is the best dog seatbelt we have ever owned. For a small amount of money, you can ensure your pets safety on road trips. Definitely worth the money.

We use this when our puppy is in the truck with us, it is very nice! I am not sure if the dangling black piece of metal beside the seatbelt part has a purpose but I face it on top of the unlock latch because my pups foot has unlocked it before and that spooked me. Besides that one instance, I do wish it was a slight bit shorter because my dog can still get a quarter of the way in the front seat with it on and if we had the windows down he could get most of the way out the window. Though we just crack the windows and it works great! I like the lock on the latch that goes around his harness, that is a nice safety touch!

Very versatile dog seat belt! Must have for your furry friends!
Nice seat belt for the car! My boy likes to literally hang out of the window, so I always have something like this attached to his body harness just in case. This rope is nice and thick and will not break or tear easily. It is easy to use, just buckle it into your seatbelt and then clip it to your dog’s collar or harness.Unlike most seat belt clips this one also has a hook latch on it as well. This has come in handy, when I take my dog out of the car and i have groceries or something to unload. The clip allows me to clip it to the fence when I take him out of the car and then I can unload my car without worry of him wandering off. It also comes in handy on my boat as I can secure him to one of my floor rings.Great product with multiple ways to secure your best friends!

Als ich diese Leine zur Sicherung meines Hundes im Auto erhielt, war ich wirklich mega beeindruckt. Sie ist so reißfest und nicht gerade dünn, so dass wir uns nun perfekt geschützt fühlen. Eine wirklich unglaubliche Qualität für diesen Preis. Noch dazu ist sie wirklich durchdacht und für alle nutzbar: Sie kann z.B. am Isofix-System befestigt werden oder auch mittels Gurtschnalle im Sicherheitsgurtsystem des Autos. Toll ist, dass sie ein Drehgewinde hat, so dass der Hund, wenn er sich mal drehen oder die Position wechseln sollte, sich nicht erhängt oder vertüdelt. Außerdem hat sie die perfekte Länge und bietet so genügend Bewegungsspielraum für den Hund und sorgt trotzdem dafür, dass im Falle eines Unfalls der Mensch und Hund nicht miteinander kollidieren. Jetzt kann ich endlich ruhigen Gewissens meinen Hund auf der Rückbank transportieren und muss ihn nicht mehr in den Kofferraum verbannen. Von mir gibt es daher eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

I currently have a couple of more basic dog seat belts. This PetBonus Seat Belt is far superior in every way.It is about 95cm long, extremely strong with reflective stitching. It’s long enough for my dog to have some free movement but not short enough to “hang” himself if he falls off the seat!My 20 month Shih Tzu thinks my car is a gymnasium! He definitely needs a belt! He is very light at only 5 kilos and the only slight disadvantage with this belt is the dog clip + the rope is pretty heavy for a dog such as him. He might have to grow into it a bit! I therefore think it is suitable for dogs that are a bit bigger.I do like the flexible option of being able to insert the belt into the back seat clasp or if they ride in the boot (as in a hatchback/SUV) it can be clipped into the hooks inserted at the back of the “back seat”. Lots of belts do not have this feature and I often put my two dogs in the boot. I presently have to literally knot him in with a rope lead as I have no other way to secure him. This will be great, it’s quick, easy and secure, leaving him enough room to move around but not to jump onto the back seat behind him which he likes to do. Problem solved at last!This is a perfect seat belt for a medium to large dog in particular, you can’t fault it, the manufacturer has thought of everything.It’s not cheap and is at the more expensive end for dog seat belts but given the very good quality (I think it would hold the strongest of dogs!) range of fasteners (hook or seat belt clasp) and how safe it feels, it’s worth the extra cost.

Cette sangle d’attache pour la voiture est trop longue pour être vraiment sécuritaire.Elle est uniquement utile pour maintenir votre chien à l’arrière s’il a l’habitude de passer devant mais elle ne le protègera pas d’un impact sur le pare-brise lors d’un potentiel accident.Je l’attache à l’arrière de la banquette arrière sur les barres en métal du coffre pour la raccourcir comme il faut.Sinon la corde en elle même et le mousqueton sont de bonne qualité.
