The tracker enters sleep mode during pairing. How to exit and re-pair?
If it’s not connected within 2 minutes after removing the insulation sheet, the device will enter sleep mode. Reinstall the battery to exit, then re-enter the pairing broadcast state.
How to correctly restore the tracker to factory settings?
Remove and reinstall the battery 3 times consecutively (interval ≤ 3 seconds). After a long “beep”, the product is restored to factory settings and enters pairing mode.
Can I replace the tracker’s battery?
Yes. It uses a CR2032 battery. Use the included screwdriver to remove the back cover, replace the old battery with a new one (ensure the “+” side faces up), and then screw the back cover tightly.
Why does pairing with Apple Find My fail, and how to fix it?
It usually fails due to temporary network glitches or device connectivity issues. Solutions: 1. Switch your phone’s network (WiFi/mobile data); 2. Restore the tracker to factory settings; 3. Re-pair with the Find My app; 4. Restart your phone.

Update your phone to make pairing go smoothly. Great tracking collar!
Don’t be afraid of the set up process. The instructions are great. I am not technologically savvy, so if I can do it…..It should have been very easy to add an item to my phone’s Find My App but I the option to add an item was showing up on the App. This was not the fault of the tracker. Apparently, this is a common issue. If this happens to you, check to be sure that your phone has the most recent update. Mine did not, and that was the problem. After updating my phone, pairing went smoothly. Another hint is to take the soft piece of material out of the collar’s case so there is room for the case to close around the tracker disk. My collar is the Dark Blue in size Large, and the color compliments my Collie. It fits my fifty pound Collie with plenty of room to spare. The collar itself is very good quality, with reflective stitching and neoprene padding for your dog’s comfort. The Never Lost tag holder is sewn directly onto the collar, so it will not come off. I appreciate that screwdrivers were included for the tracker tag as well as the tracker case and four extra screws are provided for the tracker case. The collar is well balanced, and the D ring to attach your leash to is large and sturdy. My husband took our dog to a local park, and I was able to track his progress on the trail with my phone. I love the fact that this works without a subscription and piggybacks off a solidly performing App that I already have on my phone. You can not beat the price and value of this collar and tracker.

Great alternative to brand name tracker tags
I got this for my BIG dog. When I say big, I do mean it. I have 3 dogs, one of which is 200lbs. Though we have a fenced in yard, I am always cautious due to the size of my big guy and knowing he is not fond of strangers. It’s always a worry for the “just in case” the dogs get out of my secure yard (stuff happens- storms can damage fences, folks can forget to close the fence, etc).Finding the right tracker tag for him has taken a while. My dogs like to roughhouse, so most of the brand name tracker tags & tag holders won’t work without getting pulled off his collar. This tag holder is part of the collar and I don’t have to worry about it getting pulled off by the other dogs.The collar is a pretty standard nylon collar, but it has reflective stripes and the inside is padded (my dog appreciates this). I got the large, which can be adjusted to fit one of my “normal” large sized dogs (65lbs) all the way up to fitting my 200lb dog.Set up was easy and instructions were clear. The tracker tag comes separate from the collar for you to remove the battery tag and pair with your phone (I was able to pair with FindMy in under a minute), as well as a screwdriver to replace the tag battery and an allen key to put the tag into the tag holder on the collar. It also comes with spare screws for the tag holder on the collar.My only complaint is very minor, and that is just that the “play sound” function works, but the beep sound is on the low side, so if you lose your dog outside this function is not the most useful. However, the tracker works wonderfully and hopefully you don’t need to use the sound function.

Works well but collar runs small
This dog tracker collar is a bit smaller than indicated: at maximum, it will fit a neck that is just less than 40.5 cm (16 inches) around, so you should probably size up, relative to the product specs, if near the upper limit. That aside, this set includes everything you need: the collar with waterproof/ weatherproof holder, a little screwdriver and extra screws (they’re tiny; they would be easy to lose!), and an Airtag-type tracker chip. I had no problem pairing the chip with my iPhone to be able to follow if doggo wanders away. This is an incredibly handy accessory in case you have a wanderer, as my neighbor does. We have helped her to find her adventurous boy a number of times, and if he had this collar, it would be so much easier! I’m on the cusp of getting another dog, and change in environment may make him unpredictable, so I want to ensure his safety. Having an integrated collar that holds the tracking chip is much easier than needing to take the dog to a vet or shelter, hoping to access information through the microchip registry.

Definitely the best dog tracker I’ve tried out to date
So when I first opened it, I wasn’t sure really what to think because the collar seemed huge, especially since I picked extra small. You can see how it compares to her existing collar, which was just a little skimpy thing. Honestly, now that it’s on I really think it looks just fine, but I wouldn’t want it on much smaller than a bichon because I do think it would start getting a little bit on the big side. The inside of the color itself has some sort of soft neoprene material, which helps to keep it from being scratchy, and that’s something I really appreciated. The collar itself fit perfectly, and the find a friend tracker did not seem huge or overwhelming. My pup took to it right away. I even tried out the locating function and it did beep, which of course stressed her out because she couldn’t figure out where it was coming from lol. But the rest of it was very simple, I have other items connected to find a friend, so it was pretty easy for me… You’re just going to connect a new device under items. You can name it anything and use any emoji that you would like. Very easy to set up and I really love the fact that you can see what the battery power level is.So I do think it’s a little bit expensive, but not by much and honestly, it gives peace of mind and it is very well-made. They are giving you a tracker as well, so that does add to the value for money. The quality is excellent.
