Q:Why can’t I pair the air tracker tag?
A:Please follow the steps below to pair
1.Open the “Find My” app
2.If Bluetooth is off, tap ‘Turn On Bluetooth’.
3.Tap “Items”, then Tap “Add item”
4.Tap ‘Other Supported Items.’
5.Waiting to search for the pairing name “LocatePro” and tap “Connect”.
6. Name your Tag.
7. Select an emoji.
8. Tap ‘Agree,’ and finally tap ‘Finish.”

Q:Why is the tag’s location not updating?
A:Since the chip used in our tag is MFi-certified, when your item is far from you, an iOS device nearby is required to trigger the tag to send its location information to your phone.

Great product, works as expected, and affordable.
Bought these to keep in our vehicles. We use the Apple “Find My” app to keep track of family as it is very user friendly and easy to keep tabs of where they are when enroute to meeting us at a location. It was simple to add these items onto our phone apps after pairing up with each specific vehicle and creating our own identification with emoji and name. I was then also able to have both vehicles listed on both of our phones so we both can keep track of our 2 cars. I was surprised and amused when I parked my car and entered the building of my destination, only to receive a text stating…(car name/identification “was left behind”), so I knew it was working as expected, and showed me where my vehicle was located. For the price, I highly recommend. The 2-pack came with batteries already installed along with one extra replacement battery. They use the basic disc battery found at most stores and battery life is claimed to be good for a year or more. I had to research online to see how to change out the battery as no instructions came for that portion but was shown to use thumbs and turn bottom which opens the compartment, change out battery, close compartment, and then place the tracker back into the provided silicone case (water repellant). Hoping to continue getting protection with this little tracker in the event car was misplaced in large parking lot or stolen. This tracker can also be used in luggage, purses, or anywhere one needs to keep track of location of an item. It is small enough to fit into a pocket and is about the size of a quarter.
