Waterproof collar, easy to wear
I put one of these flea and tick collars on our dog a few weeks ago, and so far it has been easy to live with. The band is long, so I just cut off the extra part and it still sits flat around his neck. It feels soft and light, and he sleeps with it on without scratching at it or trying to pull it off. There is a light smell when you first open the pack, but it fades after a day and doesn’t bother him. He plays outside on the grass almost every afternoon, and I have not seen fleas on him since we started using this. The collar has been fine in the rain and during quick baths. I haven’t used it for the full eight months yet, so I can’t say how long the protection really lasts, but I like that the box has four collars so we have backups ready.
