Ok, so I don’t usually do reviews unless something absolutely blows my mind or totally doesn’t work. In this case… it blew my mind!I have three dogs, and lately, for some reason, they’ve all been getting ticks like crazy. They never used to! I’ve had to pull and burn ticks off all three within the last few weeks—it’s gross and honestly exhausting. On a couple, I even had trouble getting the head out.So I came on here looking for help and thought, “There’s no way this tiny little thing will actually work.” But for around five bucks for three of them, I figured I’d give it a try.My package came this afternoon, and I was joking that now that it’s here, none of my dogs will have ticks. Well, while I was trying new diapers on one of them, he laid his head on me… and there it was—a tick right between his eyes. 🤢As gross as that was, I was kind of excited to test this thing out. My mom helped hold him in the sink, and in literally 30 seconds I had that big, fat tick out—head and all! He didn’t flinch, cry, or anything. It worked perfectly and painlessly.I highly recommend this little tool! Totally worth it!

These L@@K very nice. But I have no idea, HOW to use them, b/c THERE are no instructions!This, is a “pet peeve” of mine.On the tool itself, it says” This side up”.Ok then!! I can see there is a hole to hook on a collar & leash & on the pic that goes with it (I tried to attach & couldn’t) it shows the green thing, squishing(?) a tick & the other one, like about to “sweep” the tick away?I have no idea, how it is supposed to work? Ticks once they burrow in, I’ve heard of people using a “hotmatch” to force them to back out, but, my dog has long hair, so I don’t want to put a “hot” anything by her hair?They are handy to put on your backpack & camping supplies, that’s a good thing.There are no instructions, it looks like you can just “Sweep the tick away” with this tool?LOL. Sure you can.I have “major issues” with people going thro all the trouble of making a “nice product” a HANDY & useful product & then, FAIL to put decent directions/instructions on HOW/WHY to use this itemThat’s why I only give 4 stars.

This is the only thing that takes the tic head out, works excellent!
Works well. I live in the Jungle, and my cat loves to go in the jungle. Unfortunately, he sometimes comes back with ticks; this is the only thing that takes the head out, and my cat allows me to remove the ticks with it. I am guessing it does not hurt him as he no longer runs away when I look for ticks on him. I have used all the tick-fighting gadgets, and this one does the trick. I keep one in my bag just in case I come across a tick hiking. Highly recommended.
