It works for me in regards to joint pains
Went through first bottle of this stuff.I bought it because the ingredients were recommended for people having pains in their joints.I do work out a lot, maybe 4-5x a day, all muscle groups and I am in my mid 30s.I was having pain in my elbows and knees before taking this, which have started to go away.The pain wasn’t ever unbearable, but it was there and did impact my workouts since I didn’t want to injure myself.After around 2 weeks, the pain started to go away. Sometimes when I workout hard, I can still feel it, but I believe these pills allow me to push myself a bit harder now without the pains.The smell/taste isn’t great but it’s subtle.. You need to take 3 of these pills per day and they aren’t exactly small.The benefits do seem to outweigh these drawbacks though, you can take a few seconds out of your day if your joint pains are affecting you. I will be buying more!

I wanted to wait on leaving a review. I just finished my first 120 capsules and can definitely tell that the supplement works! My shoulder pain got better and it doesn’t pop as bad as it did before. I do a lot of weighted pullups and dips so I will keep taking it to support my health. Recommend.

amazing. worth it. great price. replaces a lot of other herbal pain supplements
wow amazing better then this brand at vitamin shop called carumin low back pain. its half the price and double the pills. it helped so much the first week but it slowed down. i took 6 my first time bc of my severe back problem. i still take them on my 3rd bottle. i research everything for the best of the best and so far this is number one bc it works still, for normal pain people it will be amazing. but for someone with spinal pain thats severe it does help better then anything i have taken for extra pain relief like fish oil or college or the carumin or devils claw, willow bark, its replced all of these other supplements. so thats a plus
