Smells great! MUST dilute!
This shampoo is great. Even thought the instructions say that you can substantially dilute it, I find that a 1:4 SHAMPOO/WATER is about as thin as you I to go. So the value is that you get a big bang for your buck when you dilute. I get five gallons diluted from one gallon of shampoo. That is a value. I put the diluted solution in a squirt bottle for ease of use. The instructions indicate that you can use it undiluted safely but I think that uses up more than you need. Since it is soap-free, it does not bother my dogs eyes at all. It makes her fur so shiny and the smell is delicious. She doesnt really shed much, so I cannot comment on whether or not the shampoo helps. Her fur comes out so soft and shiny! I have also found that my dog does not react to frequent washing…sometimes multiple times a week, as she likes to roll in stinky stuff. And living on a farm, there is plenty of stinky stuff to roll in! I was concerned about the frequency of bathing and it drying her skin, but so far, it has not and she seems content. I know I love the smell, but it only lingers a short time, which is probably better for the dog. I have also tried the berry scent and it, too, is wonderful.

Decent shampoo.
Smells pretty good it isn’t a higher but for the price the dilution rate isn’t bad. Cleans adequately. I own a pet salon and I line this shampoo for the scent and the price, and the fact that it does dilute which is hard to find in a gallon size in this price range.

Professional groomer here and this is one of my favorite shampoos. The dogs feel incredibly clean and soft after using it and it’s really concentrated. It smells great and no one has had any sort of reaction to it thus far. I have it on my subscribe and save to be shipped every month, I like it that much.

Works, but the smell
It works just fine for the dogs. The smell is very strong and nauseating though. I can smell them all they way downstairs after they have had their bath. The dogs seem to like it though.
