Perfect Low-Cal Treats & The Easiest Way to Hide Pills
I’ve known about these treats forever because the vet my family used to go to always recommended them, so I already trusted them. They’re low-cal, soft, and super easy to use—especially for hiding pills. I just press the pill right in, and my dog has zero idea. She thinks she’s getting a treat, which makes giving meds a million times easier.They can be a little pricey, but I grabbed the 3-pack on sale, so it ended up being a great deal. Honestly worth it either way. My dog absolutely loves them, and I love that they’re vet-recommended and actually useful. Highly recommend!

Love these treats!! Perfect for pill wrapping!
My dog tends to be pretty picky when it comes to food, she only likes things that taste like meat (and cheesy, salty, etc), and also has a bit of a sensitive stomach. I first got these at our local vets office a year ago and I figured I’d give them a try because they’re actually low fat compared to most other dog treats (my dog has had pancreatitis in the past so I keep an eye on her daily fat intake). These turned out to be amazing, and I’ve been getting them ever since!! She really likes them!! She’s a small dog so they’re a little too big for her when they’re whole, but they are super easy to cut using a knife! I can cut them down into 4, or even 6, smaller pieces, and they do not fall apart or crumble at all! I love that I can cut them down, because it makes the bag last a LOT longer (I don’t suggest cutting them all at once! Cutting them does make them dry out faster and they start to get crumbly/harder after a while. I suggest taking a few out to cut up as needed, and putting the cut pieces in a separate plastic baggie, to keep the main bag from being opened and closed too often!). They’re perfectly soft and chewy, but still hold their shape, which is perfect for her bad teeth. They’re also excellent to use for wrapping her daily pill inside! I just smush one of the little pieces flat, put the pill inside, and then easily wrap it up and smooth the edges. It holds the pill inside perfectly, and she doesn’t even know there’s a pill in there! (granted, her pills are small and they’re flavored to taste like meat, but she still won’t eat her pill by itself unless it’s completely wrapped in something tasty). This is my first time buying these treats from Amazon, and the price is about the same as my local vets office, and the quality is still the same! I’m glad to have two extra bags in storage now, so it’ll be a long long time before I have to buy any more! I highly suggest these treats!!

Best treats. recommendation from our vet. Cut back on the ‘other treats and switched to these. Our dog lost 5 lbs in the year, and is now considered in healthy weight range. She loves them as well.

Great low fat treats!
My small dog loves these treats. Due to his condition of pancreatitis, we needed a low fat treat. This fit the bill with a min and max number for fat, not exceeding 9%. The treats are very small but chewy and liver is first ingredient. Although expensive, it’s worth it due to the diet restrictions. There’s much cheaper routes, but they only list min. fat content. So you don’t know what the maximum is. Got the 3 pack.
