Warm and functional boots a breeze to put on and take off!
These boots are really great. Very easy to put on and take off and my pup doesn’t mind wearing them. They protect her feet from salt and icy snow which hurts her paws. Highly recommend!

Great Dog Boots!
Well made and designed. My pooch doesn’t like other style booties, but she seems to be fine with these. They stay on her paws probably because there is a Velcro strap as well as a cord that cinches the upper boot tight. The boots are thick enough to protect her paws but not so thick she can’t feet the ground. Good quality materials and I expect these booties to last.

Would Repurchase – Follow Recommended Sizing
Size 2 was recommended for our breed, however, we originally decided to go size 3 as we felt it fit their paw measurements better. Wrong choice. Returned, received a refund, reordered, but only 1 of the 2 new purchases came correctly. The 2nd one was a different brand with a hard sole instead of soft. Was very disappointed. Also returned for a refund. Will reorder when a 2 is once more available.Outside of that, while they aren’t perfect, they by far are the best ones we’ve come across. Soft sole allows for more comfort, the height allows them to stay on more securely. Didn’t hear the best things about the velcro though, so we’ll see how that holds up over time.

3/5/24 UPDATESo I want to start by saying that my dog has been wearing these EVERY time she goes out in the yard to do her business, which is multiple times per day.Unfortunately, in the 3 months since I purchased these, they’ve come apart and are no longer staying on. Shortly after the 30 day return window, the pull tie broke on one boot. I contacted the company via email, but was told that I would have to go through Amazon since I purchased here. I didn’t bother as I was outside the return window and I was able to tie it secure enough to stay on her.I’ve also been able to put them in the washer and dryer no problem, although I would recommend not putting them in with linty or fuzzy stuff or you’ll spend a lot of time pulling it out of the Velcro.In the last few weeks, the Velcro has started pulling away from the straps, probably with the help of my dog, who can now get out of all of them quickly.I suppose they are okay considering they lasted 3 months with multiple uses per day before becoming completely useless, but they’re way too expensive to have to replace every few months. I’ve attached a picture of their current state.I may try one more pair, but I’ll order directly from the company website this time.I still stand by the company. They’re great to work with when you order directly from them, which I will be doing from now on.Original review:Canada Pooch gear is top notch for dogs, I cannot recommend their products enough. I usually order directly from their website, but needed these asap and was able to get them faster and less expensive with Prime.I have a pitbull who is a master of getting out of boots. She’s allergic to basically everything out in the yard and her feet frequently bleed.THESE BOOTS STAY ON.They stay on! They’re tall enough she can’t shimmy out of them-and she tries-but the combo of the Velcro strap with the pull tie keep them firmly on her feet!After a few weeks, no more bleeding. The fur on the top of the toe that was the worst is actually growing back.Yes, they are expensive, but you get what you pay for. These are worth the money.I got size 4. Nice quality but the size just doesn’t do it.
Nice quality but the size just doesn’t do it. My pup appears to be impossible to find boots that will fit and stay on her back paws. This is Minnesota and gets freaking cold (tomorrows HIGH will be -7 actual, -40 windchill) so we have to figure something out. These were fairly easy to get on her but she can’t keep the back ones on. Good return policy.

Boots don’t stay on.
Purchased these boots for a cold weather pheasant hunt with my hunting dog. Even after cinching the boots on very tight, dog lost three boots within an hour in 3 inches of snow. Total disappointment as we had three days to go for the sub freezing hunt.

Strap design needs improvement.
While I really wanted to like these boots I have to say I’m tired of having to retrace my path and find the boot that has fallen off. I take my dogs for walks in the morning and it is dark outside. We walk a couple of miles. We generally do not walk on sidewalks, as they have so much salt on them in the winter and I do not like walking on concrete. So we stick to grassy uneven areas if possible. It can be snowy here and I liked the taller boots with the little clinch strap to cover the area where the snow clings to his fur and he stops to chew it off. Works well for that.But if the boots don’t stay on, none of it matters. The hook and loop closure straps (not going to call it Velcro) is the weak part of the design. It only goes half way around the foot and the hook and loop strap isn’t very sticky. So strap gets loose and off comes the boot. I though it might be the little brand tags that stick out in the back get caught by the snow and cause the strap to start to separate. I’ve cut off the little brand tag off one the straps, but that is the boot I have to go back and find this morning since we have come back with only three boots. Plus it isn’t snowy now.I’ve bought some double sided Velcro which I can hopefully make an extension, glue it to the original strap and be able wrap it around the boot completely. I’ve gotten in the habit making a current boot count throughout the walk which for the price of the boot shouldn’t be needed. Unless it is for 6 boots to cover future losses.If they stayed on I’d give them 5 stars. If you only walk your dog in the daylight for short distances and not through snow and need salt protection then the should be fine. Quality of the materials is great (other than the straps).I have their winter coat for my wife’s little dog and it is an excellent product. I ordered a pair of these boots for her since she doesn’t walk in the snow generally.

These dog boots fit our wire fox terrier’s pointy feet very well. Extremely easy to put on and tightens up well. No slipping down or off as we walk. Our dog adapted quickly on first wearing. Can’t emphasize enough how easily these boots are to get on. No struggle for him or us. Highly recommend. Be sure to measure!

Durable, easy to slip on. Others (twice as expensive) have lasted only one season and fell apart. Compared to others, these are like day and night.Many little things add to the overall quality. The top tie AND the velcro add up to a reliable non-slip boot. Especially on the back legs, velcro alone doesn’t cut it. Minor adjustments (relatively rare) can be handled easily with frozen fingers.

But, they would not stay on. The boot was too lose even with the velcro strap for a dog with a narrow leg with no long hair. The material surrounding the leg needs to me thinner to enable a grip.

I have bought shoes for my dog from various brands, but none of them have lasted long. They usually break within two weeks, lack quality, or don’t provide the necessary resistance. However, l have found this shoe that stands out from the rest. It is durable, soft, and comfortable for their dog.

These boots are fantastics! I have a 12 pounds mini poodle and wanted to walk during the winter with him. On top of the velcro straps, there is a pull cord on top of each boot and that what makes the difference!! I used to always loose my dog boots but not anymore. They are well done and easy to put on my dog. I walk around one kilometre everyday for reference. I am very glad to have found these boots!!
