I have a bonded pair of sisters. They are bonded, but the older sister has some attitude issues sometimes. She didn’t get a lot of affection in her last home bc they assumed she didn’t want it, but in my home she does allow affection from me and also feels territorial about it. Her little sister is the cute, cuddly type — easy to love on and got all the attention in the last household. So older sister gets territorial over me at times with little sis, I think because it’s her first time experiencing closeness and she thinks it’s a zero sum game. So she would get a little antagonistic toward little sister sometimes.I tried the Feliway multicat and optimums, and another fairly popular brand. They never seemed to do much.But within a few days of using this one, the antagonistic behavior stopped. They both slept on me at the same time, which used to never happen (they seemed to have an agreement on who got to sleep on me when and where).And they also feel bolder when I have guests here. Usually older sis completely hides if my kids or granddaughter comes to visit. Little sis is a bit bolder but still very tentative. They both have been making appearances and seemed less scared when they come over now.Seems small, but I’ve had them for 18 months and this is the first time they’ve ever been so chill about outsiders!I also love that there is a timer so I can make it last a little longer.

I have two cats at home and just made the move to a different state, so getting my babies acclimated was too priority. While I understand this product may have worked for some people, it was a huge disappointment for me. I noticed no difference in my cats at all, and while they are now settled in, there was nothing about this product that helped. I honestly do not recommend, but thats just my opinion. It doesn’t smell like anything either so unsure if that was supposed to be a thing or not, nor did I see it go off like a normal diffuser would.

Best Calming Effect for Both Cats and Dogs!!!
What a difference! I could sense the calmness in a few hours. We had visitors from out of town and the cats and the dogs were pretty calm. I was expecting sheer hell because my cats do not like outsiders, and our guests brought their two cats along. This thing started working within an hour and I am so happy I got it. Lifesaver!

I’m not sure if I see a difference in my cat’s behavior or not. I purchased these because I have a bully cat and wanted to try and calm her down. I waited a few weeks to review to see if I saw a difference. Can’t really say that I do. They do last a long time so the value is there. I haven’t noticed any odor or smell myself coming from them. I’ll update if I see any noticeable calming effect.

Nice design but didn’t work for my cats.
Didnt work for any of our 4 cats. But neither did another brand we previously tried.If you have cats who are responsive to pheromones, then know that the diffuser mechanism is very good. It doesn’t seem to leave a nasty residue. Having a button to set continuous flow, 8 hours and off is a nice feature.

Can’t really tell a difference
I bought these because my cats get in random fights. They are chill 90% of the time. I can’t really tell if these helped or didn’t make a difference at all. My cats are doing the same thing, just not as often. Wish I could be of more help.

Best Cat diffuser, it really works, I was exeptical about it, but all of my cats goes close to smell the aroma and I can feel that they are relaxed. 100 Recomended.

DONT EVEN BOTHER WITH FELIWAY THIS GAVE INSTANT RESULTS!!!I recently brought a rescue cat home, and my resident cat (who I’ve had since she was a kitten) was extremely unhappy about it. She’s never shown aggression before, but even just smelling him from behind a closed door had her hissing at me!I decided to try this pheromone diffuser, and honestly, I was amazed. Within an hour of plugging it in, the change was incredible – no more hissing when I approached, and she was even calmly sniffing where the rescue had been without showing any aggression at all.I’ve never used a diffuser before, but now I’m sold. Don’t waste your money on overpriced big-name brands – this one works, and it works fast. I won’t be buying these again, first time using them had them plugged in for about 10days and both plugins have started to set off a burning smell it was going throughout my flat. Last night trying to find out where the smell was coming from and I was feeling sick with the smell. My cat has asthma and was effecting him as well. Realised it was the plugins. The plugin itself was burning however not the refills they haven’t got any single burning on them so it’s definitely the plug part. As soon as I stopped using them the smell went away. Whether it’s a bad batch or not I won’t be buying these again and I think they need to check them all do safety checks on them again. Batch MFD 05/05/2015 EXP 04/05/2028. Like I said I had it plugged in for only 10 days.

So the good news is that this really made a difference – I have a 13 year old and an 18 month old, so there are plenty of times where personalities clash! This has calmed the younger and reassured the elder, plus the little one likes the “nightlight” and sleeps next to the plug on our landing quite happily.Now the bad news – the first 30 days were great, but since refilling the downstairs unit there has been a very noticeable burnt plastic smell. As a result I’m going to continue to use the bottle but am trying it thru a different diffuser to see if it makes any difference. If it doesn’t, then unfortunately I’ll have to try a different brand, which is a real shame.*EDIT* bottle still smelt burnt with a different diffuser – I’m guessing some bottles work ok and some don’t.
