I’ve had this since mid March and wanted to give an honest review.Once upon a time there was a family with two dogs, one a 6 y old GSD and the other a 3 yr old lab. These babies created several situations:1. The GSD barks at all the dragons passing outside the living room window, the lab joins in with a very loud howl. When they are really amped up, it is impossible to hear yourself think. Coaxing with attention or treats has not been effective.2. When the neighbors dog is outside the GSD decides it’s time for cardio and runs and barks up and down that side of the fence (there is no longer any grass there). The GSD simply looks at me when called, I can hear her saying ‘I’m having fun here, later for you’ and continues running and barking until her tongue is hanging out. Years of trying to get her to stop this has not stopped the behavior.3. The GSD LOVES car rides but, barks at people walking on the sidewalk and at anyone who looks at her, she lives by Stranger = Danger policy. Again the Lab being a good brother joins her with the howling, imagine driving with that song being sung at full volume in your ear.After trying various ways to stop these behaviors I decided to try this. I’ve used the ‘silent’ sound to stop them from barking at the dragons passing our house or delivering packages, they are getting better with just a shhhh. The GSD will stop running and barking at the neighbors dog and come into the house when called with this device. And… we’re still working on the singing in the car.I really love this training aid. It is lightweight and is not too big for my small hands. The two modes are nice to have. The beeping works for the GSD but not the LAB, the ultrasonic mode works for both. We take this on walks and the flashlight is nice to have for our night time walks. 10+ points for the USB-C charging. I’ve only charged it once since getting it so battery life seems great. Overall this is a great addition to the various tools, devices and training aids to help keep the dogs attentive when needed. Would highly recommend.

Best tool for helping train your dog!
This thing is unbelievable. One tap and my dogs stop barking immediately and come running in the house. I had to use it three times to stop them from barking at the Amazon delivery people and that was it. Now if they start to bark, I just show it to them and they immediately stop. I wish I bought it 5 years ago. Dogs are never too old to learn something new. Highly recommend this to help train your dog or teach them good habits.

NOT RELIABLE. And NO way to contact the vendor. It worked well, until it didn’t! Bought in March. On July 29, the light suddenly started strobing! I couldn’t get it to turn off or any of the other buttons to work! Tried charging it. But that didn’t work to stop or reset it. The vendor offers a “buy-back guarantee,” but there’s no way to contact the vendor!
