Great heater for pets and Verry quiet
I put this heater in chicken house I thought that it might fry chickens because no thermostat adjustment I have only run sofar on lo it stays about perfect temp works Great and not take up much room

Perfect for my chicken coop!
I was unsure how well this product would work, but it has done exceeded my expectations. It keeps the vented chicken coop a good 20 degrees warmer than the outside temperature. I use it only when the temperatures are expected to dip below freezing during the night here in coastal Virginia. The unit is very quiet and doesn’t disturb my chicken. (She is the last of my little flock and so she has no one to perch beside and keep warm with. I really appreciate that it will turn itself off if the inside temperature ever gets to 80 degrees so overheating is not a problem. I honestly wish I had gotten this several years ago. When I lost one of my hens to the cold in February.

No timer
Right on time for some very cold weather in our area, i was able to secure it in my wife’s chicken coop, just large enough, draw back does not have timer,

Good heater
Wanted a fire safe heater for my large doghouse, which used to be a chicken coop, so it’s about 200 square feet or so. Heats it up and keeps the dogs warm in below freezing temperatures. Has a high and low setting to adjust for coldest or more mild nights.

Good heater but does not have a thermostat.
This heater is a game changer for us and our labs. We no longer have to bring them in the house and traumatize our cats when temperatures drop to teens or below. It keeps their 15 square feet dog house warm. Unfortunately, the thermostat is not a thermostat, it is a temperature gauge that only tells us how warm it is in their house. The heater doesn’t kick off when the temperature reaches a desired temperature so, we have to pay close attention to the weather to be sure of turning it on and off as the temperatures fluctuate. This is very inconvenient and the description saying it has a thermostat (not true) is misleading and is why I gave it 3 stars instead of 5. The size, length of cord with chew resistant wire is perfect for us. Our dogs seem to love their new house and heater. *good heater but would be better with a temperature adjusting thermostat. Too much trouble returning.

It packs a punch!
I got a small one for my two outdoor cats. Though I can’t put it inside their cat houses (their houses are too small), they are enjoying laying in front of the heater when it gets cold. I mostly leave it on overnight when we reach the 30s, and this heater is in the 60s. In an ideal world, I’d have this inside a large cat enclosure, but it does the job!
