Love the lightweight fabric and High visibility color
This safety vest is great – it is true to size – it fit my dog based on the chart given, and if a really interesting fabric. It is thinner than I expected, but it still seems to be fairly water resistant. That was a bonus for me as I purchased it more for the visibility on early morning and evening dog walks in winter when it is dark so early. My dog can be well seen by passing cars, and the design stays on her as we do our walks. It is not bulks, and is easily washed in a regular load. It is adjustable both in front across the chest (which I needed to as my dog is long, front to back) and around the torso. It does everything it advertises at a good price, and keeps your pup relatively dry as well. I am very pleased with my purchase.

Very visible! I feel much more comfortable walking my dog in the evening. Lightweight and fits well/accurate according to the size chart. Easy to put on and as long as your dog doesn’t mind wearing “clothes” they should be comfortable as it’s not restrictive and has plenty of ability to be adjusted to size.

I bought this for my dog as we walk in the early morning before the sun is up. I feel he is much more visible, especially since he has a darker fur. Or dog is a cavapoo that is about 15 lbs. It fits him well. At first it seemed way too loose until I realized the strap around the neck/chest/front was adjustable Velcro. Over adjusted it looked a perfect fit for his body. The only thing is his “waist” is on the smaller side, so the strap around the belly has a lot of length that is extra. But this might be good if your dog is a little on the chunky or muscular, big chested side. Overall that aspect doesn’t bother me a ton and he still seems to enjoy going for walks in it. I think it looks like a good variety of dog body types should be able to wear it with it’s adjustable straps. There also a slit where you could slip a leash clip through to a harness if you need. Pics attached, but it’s hard to get him to sit or stand still when he’s still young and energetic. It is thin material, so not meant to provide warmth, but I have a different vest for very cold days. As for the extra length on the strap around his belly, I may attach a snap to keep it from flopping around. I like the reflective areas are not just on the straps and piped edges, but has a reflective paw print on both sides.

Safety first, pet owners!!!
Hands down, an all black or dark pet will completely disappear at night, but NOT with this on! For real, Imma pet walker and this has made evening walks way better as cars and others notice me and the pet(s) far sooner, so they often give us a wide beth, wave us across a street and are all around more considerate. I have the Medium and LG size of this product and use the M size one WAY more often as many pets , especially the smaller dogs do well with this on. It stays put ang after several months of use, it’s only needed a scant wipe off with a damp rag to keep it “clean” enough.It’s a water resistant material too, so can be used as a light rain coat of sorts. Many pets can’t stand anything on their ears, so a hat isn’t practical, but this is multifunctional!Had these for months, love them. If you have a long haired pup, this Velcro is strong and the straps can be adjusted to fit loosely or snuggly on each pet.Small pup who’s “chonky”? Get the M or L and trim the straps with scissors when you get it on (the pet!).Please, put reflective elements on your pets and get leashes w/ reflective materials, too! Don’t let your lost pet at night spend unnecessary time loose, it’s for their safety.

Love this reflective dog safety vest! My dog is a big German Shepherd puppy, and normally she doesn’t like anything on her. But, she lets me slip this right on when we take her out to the woods for a run. It is so bright that we can see her way ahead of us. I’m so glad I ordered this.

The fit and color
These vests worked and fit perfectly. Deer hunting season was upon us and these sure kept the dogs safe. The are a striking color and glow nicely at night or the evening as the sun goes down.

Velcro is almost worthless.
I have a beautiful dog, but she’s the same colour as local asphalt. We also frequently walk at night because she likes long walks, but isn’t very heat tolerant. Whatever time of day we get out there, we dress defensively.This does a great job of making her more visible to cars. It comes with a slit for the d-ring of a harness that is too small and too far forward to work with a Julius K-9 harness, so I had to cut an additional slit. in a better location. It’s very thin, but it hasn’t torn beyond the ends of the cut I made, in spite of my being lazy and not throwing down a few stitches to make sure it wouldn’t.Lightweight isn’t bad–it helps keep it from getting hot. It’s also porous so it offers no protection from rain, but again, this helps keep it from getting too hot.The bad part is the velcro. It’s crap. It’s a thin strap, and it has all the strength of velcro that’s been in daily use for a year or two–which is to say it falls open at the hint of stress. It is not good velcro.
