Love this thing.
This is the 2nd unit I have purchased. Works great and they stand by their lifetime garentee. I had one fail and they sent me a replacement and transfered my subscription over no issues.The app gets 4/5 its functional but there are some features I wish it had.This item does need to be charged every night. Max battery life is about a day and a half, but its been no problem putting it on the charger next to my phone before bed.A great budget item for peace of mind, highly recommend if your dog roams.

Save yourself the headache
The app is poor, lags on the tracking. Setting it up it took numerous times of putting in payment option and acted like it wasn’t going through. Then it triple charged me. Also having trouble getting them to recharge. The only customer service number I can find is a sketchy WhatsApp number on the app. No answer when you call it of course. I have left numerous voicemails and essentially spammed them and no luck getting through. There is also no emails listed on how to contact the seller or the app. Terrible

It’s okay.
Battery life isn’t the best, loses signal. It works but it will say he’s out of the yard when he’s sitting in the kitchen, so not completely accurate. And the cost of the subscription isn’t very friendly.
