useful for the semi-feral barn cats I feed
tick tool does work. I was able to use in on a farm cat that had a big tick on him. it was pretty easy and quick enough where I could do it before the cat got spooked.just need to place the tool under the tick and twist. he came right up.

Easy and effective
Comb- works really well for ticks that have not yet taken hold of your pet. My dog has black fur and it’s hard to spot them and I have to really dig through his fur every time I bring him in (very wooded area with LOADS of ticks) so now I use the comb to bring non attached ticks to the surface of his fur to removeRemoval tools- I am in love with the fact that they give you different sizes. My dog hates when I try to remove ticks so I love that it’s so quick and easy to hook the tool underneath and remove it before he runs away, usually one quick pull and it’s removed. Also 9/10 the ticks body gets stuck into the tool so you don’t have to worry about losing itHighly recommend

Works well, easy to hold.
Good for spot removing dirt and small bugs from my 20 lb poodle mix with mostly curly hair. Best to use a regular brush or comb to break up any tangles and smooth things out first. I don’t think that it’s really meant for combing out your dog. I just use it on certain areas of his body (like his dirty paws) (you need to wipe the comb down every once in a while). I only gave it a 4* versus a 5*, because I haven’t yet used the tick removal tools (so I’m not sure how they work). The comb itself might work to remove dead ticks, but I’m not sure.

Great set of inexpensive tools
Great set of products. Our dog loves being outdoors and we go on trail walks often, so these are very handy to keep ticks at bay. Definitely worth the price.

Slick tick removal with no fighting back or escape efforts by our cats
The tick kit provides different sizes of removal tools. The removal tool slides easily under the tick and you can pop it right out. I would recommend having a paper towel or other barrier cloth to release the tick onto following removal as it is still very much alive. The whole tick comes out easily–no heads left behind to fester and cause disease.

The comb has my pets fighting for a turn
I thankfully haven’t had any parasite on either my cat or dog but wanted this kit on hand just in case. I used the comb this morning on my cat just to ensure he has no fleas/bugs and he’s IN LOVE. Every time I pulled my hand away, he head butted me hard enough to drop the comb. He then just took over, trying to comb his own chin. The dog soon lined up to see what the commotion was about and he’s now also addicted. The dog hates his furminator/other brushes but apparently can’t get enough of being combed with this device. It’s sturdy, the teeth of the comb are firm without being sharp at all, the handle is comfortable to hold and it does an excellent job of gently running through both fine cat fur and wiry German shepherd hair. The tick tweezers look to be of great quality as well. So glad I made this purchase. As are my pets that now have a combing spa experience.

I purchased this “kit” for grooming my cat. I only use the comb and it works well. Sturdy and easy to clean.

This product does exactly what it states and does it for a reasonable price. It is well made and takes out not only fleas but also even eye boogers on my dog haha.
