I don’t usually do reviews but…..I have used more than a fair share of pet water fountains over the years. All either the pump burns out or gets grimy and clogged… even though I weekly clean. I was hesitant to try yet another…. but this one!!! Having a wireless pump is so easy to clean and no more wires!! This fountain is incredible! Water runs smoothly, no loud noise, pump comes completely apart for easy cleaning, and all the inner parts can go in the dishwasher weekly to sterilize. There are a few different settings too, intermittent water or constantly running, and the light is not super bright and can turn on or off, the color changes to tell you what needs to be replaced and if the dish is empty. I can’t say enough good things! My cats are drinking constantly now! Do yourself a favor and buy it! You’ll never need another!

Fits our cat’s water fountain perfectly and does a good job of filtering hair and food bits that inevitably get in there. I have no idea is it’s actually filtering the water or not.

How very easy it is to clean.
It’s very easy to assemble. Just be sure to have the motor box seated correctly. It holds a lot of water so goes several days without needing water. I use it for 2 cats & have the flow on continuously. I’ve read complaints from others and figured out solutions.1. The bowl runs absolutely quiet until the water level goes about an inch below the Max fill line, so I just take the top off & add out 3 cups of water. Takes care of any noise.2. I just replaced the filters. If you try to take the plastic filter packet out while the tray is sitting in the bowl, it’s almost impossible to lift the filter packet out (it feels like it’s glued in). Just remove the tray from the waterer & the filter pops right out.The only thing I don’t like is the price of the filters. Very pricey. Because you have the filters encased in the plastic case it’s much more costly than if you could open the case & just replace the filters.

Filters are $17 for a set of three, $68 a year for double filtered water, with self cleaning pump. This does not mean you never have to clean it. That would be gross. Not sure where others are getting hundreds of dollars for HomeRun Pet filters. I have multiple HomeRun Pet products, for years, and have had zero issues with all products. Bought Pet Libra, but honestly HRP is better. Every time I read a bad review I’m shocked. Never had to replace parts or pumps. The cleaning process is great and for $50, I’ll pay that for my babies! This product is amazing!

I love my water fountain and I had to buy more filter. I didn’t know the price before. 24$ for 3 filters compare to other at 15$ for 10 filters, it’s expensive. If I knew that before it would have propably affect my decision to buy the fountain. But a very good customer service.

I have the Pet fountain WF20 (listed that this filter fit). The filter size is correct but my machine has the water hole coming thru the filter which the filter does not have. Therefore the filter would not sit flush with the insert. When I applied for a replacement/refund was told this product is not eligible.Do not purchase if not absolutely sure…
