Useful and Works Well
Living in North Idaho we get some cold winters. We usually have nights between 0F and 32F in the winter and we just hung this out in the coop for them to warm up during the evenings while hanging out. They love this light. Doubles good as a brooder light also as long as the chicks have enough room to move away/closer. Good value for the money, does what it is advertised to do, compact size, and easy to put up.

My Girls Love It!
My two Basque hens were initially unsure, but now they love the heat. I will be purchasing again.

Perfect to keep my senior cat, that lives in my garage, warm without having to run a heater.

Very good quality. My cats love these
I know these are meant for chicken coops but my cats get cold in the winter and I like having these in spots they like to lay to keep them warm.I don’t put them too close to the spots but close enough it provides warmth in these extremely cold months. The size and quality are great

Decent quality and good size
I bought these for my 26 chicks as it’s getting chilly here. So far so good, chicks are warm and it’s holding up well and a decent size. We have two hanging to cover enough area since we have so many chicks and they’re in a pretty large area.

Too Expensive!
Its works just fine and isn’t too complicated to use and set up. It feels pretty solid like it won’t break easily. Also, I know my chickens appreciate the warmth radiating from this heat lamp. The option to choose a low heat setting or a high heat one is convenient, and the switch is covered with a plastic waterproof protective case.My biggest issue is with the size of the lamp in “light” of the price. The lamp, at its wide length (longest part), is only about 8 inches. That’s the shorter side of a piece of letter paper, and yet the lamp is about $25 USD. It’s NOT worth the cost, in my opinion, at such size as this. Extra bulb or not.If, in production, the expense passed on to the consumer stems from that heat setting switch, then in my opinion, it shouldn’t be included in its creation and just have a single heat setting so as to reduce cost. It’s nice, don’t get me wrong, but not if it increases the cost exponentially. Whatever the case, for the overall size, it shouldn’t be so expensive. Maybe 12-18 dollars at most. Just my thoughts.
