Great product so take a chance
I’m always sceptical when it comes to combs and brushes for my dogs because they have different types of fur. I two sisters who are half boxers 1/4 great pyranese and 1/4 australian shepherd and then I have one catahoula. One of my mixes has boxer fur the other has more pyranese fur. This comb works great for all three however the dog with more pyranese fur it doesn’t take as much fur off but still works well. I’d give it a 10/10. It doesn’t seem to hurt any of my dogs and they actually enjoyed the combing. The product itself isn’t cheaply made and your hand fits pretty good around it and it has a good grip as well. I added a picture. The brown fur is the boxer fur, black is pyranese fur and the white gray is catahoula fur. I did not comb as many times on the catahoula but you can see it works well.

This deshedding brush is just okay but not quite the game-changer I expected. The comfort grip if that is what you call it – is not comfortable – its a block of plastic and as it does pull out some loose fur from my dog’s undercoat. However, it doesn’t grab nearly as much hair as other brushes I’ve tried. It’s just soooo square and rigid that it just doesn’t work very well for fluffy lil bulldog bodies! Ugh! It may work better on bigger pets with longer hair? I used it on my cat and got decent results.. Also the blades are sharp & prob designed better for thicker fur. Overall, it’s not bad for light shedding, but if you have a heavy shedder or long-haired breed, you might want to try something more heavy-duty. Meh on ease of cleaning – just be careful as it is sharp sharp! Could def be better…

Awesome!
Cat didn’t hate it. Shorthair tabby and two condensed balls of fur later after a few minutes. Doesn’t cause static from brushing and the comb area is much more safe than most animal brushes.

Amazing and affordable
I scoured Amazon for an affordable and effective deshedding brush, and this is it! I use it on my shorthair dachshund who is 16 pounds. I spray a little leave in conditioner and go to town. I brushed him for ten minutes the other day and i swear enough hair came out that you could form another dog with it. lol.

Probably works better for long haired dog
I had to write a whole new review. My first review was did not give this product a 4 stars. It did not work for deshedding my dog. I decided to give it another try and it worked. I have a short haired dog and it seemed to work only in spots that were dense with fur. I guess that’s how it works. I’m sure you’ll have better luck with a long haired dog.
