PAINFUL to swallow with no coating
These are super chalky with no coating. They’re painful to swallow. Loved the chewable probiotics by this brand, and they worked well. I will be returning these after two doses due to how hard they are to actually use, so can’t speak to efficacy of this particular product

The best acidophilus supplement by far IMHO
Having used many brands over the years I find this the best by far. Acidophilus conveys an essential component of the gut —- friendly bacteria—- to where it is needed. This I have found to normalize the entire gastro enteric system in the face of challenge from different biospheres as when traveling. Taking a few with each meal. As a precaution. And normally taking a few each day. Very highly recommended.

I find this to be a very effective product, and extremely affordable. Pay attention to the reviews, it is legitimately very difficult to swallow. If you don’t know this in advance you can have a real problem. As long as you have a big glass of water with you and bear that in mind, this is a great option at a great price.
