Lots of space and easy to clean!!
Miss penny loves it! Was very hard to put together though. I ended up having my dad put it together because the direction were not helpful! The platform are kinda flimsy but if you clip them in the right way where the middle piece on the platform in under the bar not over the bar they stayed in one place. Everything fit together and had all the pieces with it. Very easy to move and clean. Over all very happy with it! Thank you

Good hamster cage for dwarf hamster
It does take up to 3 hours to put together with the directions not being simple, but all and all it is worth it! I’d put together correctly is it very stable! All and all it is worth it! The size is great for a dwarf hamster, easy cleaning, safety is good!

Spacious cage for hamsters
Plus gives hamsters lots of space and areas to go toMinus. The ladders won’t stay in and it’s hard to clean all of the spots and take tubing is difficult to put together and near impossible to clean without taking it all a part.

A nightmare to put together and not worth the headache!
This things is a mess. It took over 3 hours to put things together. It’s not sturdy at all. One tap and the whole thing will come crashing down.One of the ladders was broke right out of the box. The little platforms barely stayed on the rails. The hamster pushed them off, even being shaped into place. The tubes were near impossible to put together. Most of them didn’t even line up. Trying to screw the house into place was a nightmare. They gave the wrong kind of screws. I had to cut a piece of plastic and put it in the back so that it would stay in place.The cage is a good idea in theory. If I could give it zero stars I would. This was a nightmare. I had crying children because I couldn’t put it together fast enough, and because it kept falling apart.Be prepared to have some fingers and a headache. Like I said it’s all cute in theory. But it is not worth my money. I’m extremely unhappy with this cage.

Huge regrets
I wish I has listened to the negative reviews. This thing took TWO HOURS to put together because it has a zillion peices and the most unclear instructions. I really wish I has never bought it. Absolute trash. Its flimsy as heck even after putting together. Also the landings have almost no anchor so they are not safe they slide all over. You will need to buy something to secure them. The tubes and food bowl are fine. The water bottle is weak and useless I will be buying a new one tomorrow.

Hamsters love throwing things outside the cage
It wasn’t that hard to build, but I do have some issues.Overall it’s a nice size for 3 hamsters.First issue, the platforms do not stay in place. With nothing on the platform the hamsters were able to dislodge a platform as they climb the cage rather than use the stairs.The hamster wheel has a very long center support. My hamsters have to arch their back to use it. If the center support was shorter I bet they would be running a lot faster in the wheel.The best part. My hamsters love pushing stuff off the platforms overnight (including their poo) makes lots of fun cleaning up every morning.The hamsters tend to pee in the tube a little more than they do on the bottom level that has their bedding making pee drip from the tube outside of the cage.Not a bad price for giving 3 hamsters a 4 level play structure. I think I’ll go glass habitat if I find something of similar size that I could work with.The water canister worked fine a few weeks before having a non stop drip.

Fantastic hamster house!
Not sure why there are so many negative reviews, but we had no issues assembling this hamster house. And to top it off this thing is super fun, large for a good size hamster, and can accommodate toys and other things my kids put inside.Bottom line, completely recommend this hamster house. We’ve had no issues with it falling apart as others have had, probably because they did not assemble it correctly.

A little complicated to put together as the directions are a little confusing; but when you figure it out, it’s awesome! My girl, Hammie Lynn absolutely loves her mansion! I have a few extras in the cage, but it does come with a wheel and a house! The tubes are her absolute favourite

This cage is so cheaply made it’s not functional for a hamster. The plastic platforms don’t stay up, they fall off when the hamsters are climbing causing alarm and distress for the animal. The house and wheel are too small for a normal size hamster. Bought so the hamster would have more room to move around but have had to take all the platforms out for safety. May be good for a dwarf but that’s it. Not worth the money spent. Very disappointed with this purchase.

The cage works well and is fun for our hamster however we had to secure the platforms with zip ties as they don’t stay in place. The ladders dont like to stay in place but are really easy to fix. We also added a bigger wheel as the wheel it comes with is pretty small.The hamster absolutely loves all the tubes and you will often find him going through them. It’s a good Hamster cage but again just needs some reinforcement to keep the platforms from falling down.

Great setup, took a while to assemble, but cage is sturdy. My one complaint is the wheel has a long centre piece that comes out causing her back to arch (looking very abnormal/uncomfortable) while she’s running. Will be ordering another wheel to replace this one
