Nice and wide
My cats love this scratcher because it’s made out of real rope. They like to stretch on it so there’s no issue with it tipping. If they get on top and jump it will fall over, but they generally don’t do that. It’s easy to put together and it’s pretty solid. I would recommend.

Set up was way too easy
Great product, looks like the rope is going to last a while and it’s actually pretty wide so plenty of scratching surface.It would be nice if the two tube attaching points would have been the same so you could switch them out as the bottom one got worn or even just tip it upside down with the same size top piece but the bottom piece is mounted differently to the base. It does make it stronger but limits the life of it.I do have the bolt to to the missing top piece so I will probably just use it to bolt a piece of plywood when it’s time to turn it upside down.The box came missing the very top cap/piece, not a deal breaker and it would have been too small for either one of my fat cats to sit on anyway.

Best I’ve owned
Best scratching post I’ve ever seen or owned. My cats love this post! Not only is it tall enough for them to stretch up to but it’s got a wide circumference so they can wrap their arms around it when they climb and scratch. Very solid and does not tip over like some others I’ve had.

The size and quality is beyond perfect for my large cats!!!
I have 4 large Ragdoll cats that go through cat scratchers. This one by far is the best my cats have ever had. The sissle rope is smaller in diameter which holds up much better than the thicker sissle rope plus it is really secured on. After I put some catnip on it two of my cats went right for it. The other two watched and started using it very quickly. What impressed me the most is the height and the diameter of the post. The color is perfect with having white cats. I purchased this when it was on sale so it was a great value for the money. I am beyond happy.

Attracts cats!
We have 4 cats and each loves it in their own way. Had to stand up against my couch as our big boy Thaddeus is18lbs and is crazy about it. Our smallest climbed it and sat on top as he had conquered Mount Everest! Good product. Getting another.

Nice tall post for our long Tabby, but the sisal is not durable.
We have three cats who like to stretch up high when scratching a post, particularly our 12 year-old orange Tabby. Early on, he managed to get the post to tip over on himself a couple of times. He figured out how to scratch the post without having it fall over.The main issue is the sisal has already snapped about four months into use. Most of the sisal is still in good shape, but in the middle of the top section our Tabby was able to break through the sisal. The big concern now is having his claws catch on the remaining sisal that is still intact.The search begins for another cat post that is both tall (hard to find) and has thicker sisal. If you have a less aggressive cat when it comes to scratching posts, this one might last you longer than four months. For everyone else, be prepared to have it not last long.

I have a 7 month Maine Coon who is already 34 inches long. He was always at his other posts but I had to keep a hold on them because he was moving them when he scratched. This post is perfect! Tall, sturdy and doesn’t move when he scratches! He was testing it out during assembly; he could hardly wait until I had it all put together. He does insist in perching on the top and pawing at the dangling ball to show me how great his balancing technique is haha. It is easy to put together – you don’t require a degree in rocket science lol. I highly recommend this scratching post for anyone who has a large kitten.

Bon produit de grande taille arrive proche de la taille en hauteur. La corde est fait en plastique mais elle est solide pour l’instant mon chat ne l’a pas tout briser en 30 seconde. Mon chat adulte peux même monter dessus au sommet mais faire attention car quand elle saute elle fait renverser la tour. Sa lui a pris 2-3 saut avant de ne plus le faire tombe
