None🏁🏁🏌️♂️Athlete all my 65 years & after horses, hiking running-weights-hiking- tennis singles for 40 years n then hip replacement last year!?Ya I’ve tried it all & have a home spa too n tjis stuff realllly works! Mot a miracle but better than most. On my 2nd week so we will see but it has taken the edge off if u will.I walk 2 robust dogs 7 days a week plus lots more to stay active & it’s hit or miss on this stuff & price is not always indicative of efficacy🎯🎯🎯🏌️♂️

I tore my meniscus in my knee and started taking this when it was hurting before surgery and it helped after a while not right away then after surgery stopped taking it. well it started hurting again so started taking again and now knee not bothering me

Gave me a headache
I honestly couldn’t take these for more than a week. I had a headache everyday I took these. I did not see any joint pain relief. Although a good price for the quantity, I did not find them effective.

No stomach upset. Helps joint pain.
I was skeptical at first. I had tried turmeric tablets and they upset my stomach terribly. I had to quit taking. A friend referred to this product so I thought I would give it a try. It has been a month since I started using it and I have not had any stomach upset and my joint pain has diminished.

I tried this as a replacement for the plain collagen my doctor recommended, and yes—it does help relieve the pain. I’m not completely sure if the added ingredients make a difference, but the good thing is there were no side effects. Overall, it worked as intended and felt like a safe alternative.
