Why does your pad use less natural resources?
Our pad delivers the same absorption quality as bulkier pads — and even better odor control — while using up to 30% fewer natural resources. By reducing pulp and using the best performance SAP (super absorbent polymer), we keep your home fresher for longer and help save up to 47,000 trees every year. It’s important to choose the right pad for your needs: if you wait until a pad is completely saturated and don’t mind odor spreading through your home — or if your dog weighs more than 20 lb — ours may not be the best fit. But if you change pads after 6–7 uses, want to reduce unpleasant smells, and your dog is up to 20 lb, you’ll enjoy a cleaner home, a fresher environment, and the satisfaction of helping the environment. We sell 180M pads yearly, each using 11g less material, saving 1,980 tons annually — equal to 33k–47k trees based on 17–24 trees needed per ton of virgin pulp.

Why are other pads bulkier than yours?
Many brands don’t care about your pet or your home — they focus on cutting costs. By using low-cost SAP (super absorbent polymer), they save money, but must add large amounts of pulp to maintain resistance and absorption. This extra pulp makes pads bulkier and heavier, but it doesn’t lock in odor, so smells can linger in your home. We take a different approach: using the best performance SAP, the same used in premium baby diapers, which locks in moisture and odor at the source. The result is a slimmer, lighter pad that’s easier to handle, fresher for your home, and better for the environment.

Does urine spread more on your pad?
Not necessarily — but if it does, it’s actually a good thing. Pads with extra pulp create smaller, concentrated wet spots, but pulp doesn’t neutralize ammonia, so odor lingers. Our pad uses the best performance SAP (super absorbent polymer), which absorbs almost all the urine, locks in moisture, and continues to reduce odor even after multiple uses in the same spot. This helps keep the rest of the pad clean and your home fresher for longer.

What makes your odor control so effective?
We use the best performance SAP (super absorbent polymer) — the same used in premium baby diapers — which captures liquid inside its structure and traps it between its molecular chains. This prevents moisture from returning to the surface and locks in odor-causing compounds, stopping ammonia smells before they spread. Pads that rely heavily on pulp can hold liquid, but the odor remains on the surface and escapes into the air. With our SAP technology, the pad stays dry to the touch and fresher for longer, even after multiple uses — keeping your home cleaner and more pleasant.

Do your pads leak?
We have a very strict production process to make sure our pads don’t leak, including using premium, smooth SAP (super absorbent polymer). When a pet owner has the impression of a leak, it’s usually because the pet used the pad too close to the edge, causing liquid to run off before reaching the absorbent center. But we produce over 100 million pads every year, and while defects are rare, they can happen. If you ever feel a pad didn’t perform as it should, please reach out to us through Amazon — we’ll make it right.

How can I avoid leaks from the sides?
To avoid liquid running off the sides, place two pads side-by-side, slightly overlapping the edges. Use the stick tabs on each pad to keep them securely in place. This creates a larger absorbent area, especially useful for puppies that move around or pee near the edges.

Are all pads perfect?
We produce over 100 million pads every year, and the vast majority are perfect. However, in rare cases, a defective pad may slip through our quality checks. If this happens, please reach out to us through Amazon — we’ll make it right.

Does your pad eliminate odor completely?
Our pads are designed to significantly reduce odor and perform better than most pads in the market, but no pad can completely eliminate it. All dog training pads — including ours — are made with two layers of tissue paper (think of it like toilet paper) to keep the pulp and SAP (super absorbent polymer) in place. Pulp doesn’t trap smells, and just like pulp, tissue paper doesn’t either.
When your puppy uses the pad, part of the liquid will inevitably be absorbed into these materials. The concentration of your puppy’s urine can also impact odor control — the stronger the urine, the more noticeable the smell.
That said, our pads are engineered with premium materials and better odor control technology, so they still outperform most pads available today.

Most Frequent Questions
What do you mean when you say your pad is heavy-duty?
Heavy-duty doesn’t mean it’s harder to tear — it means it’s designed to be used for longer without leaking. Our pad can hold a great amount of liquid, keeping the surface dry to the touch, thanks to high-quality materials and less pulp, which makes it slim yet highly absorbent. Like any pad, if your puppy is determined to chew or claw at it, they may still manage to tear it, since it’s made from similar materials to other premium pads. However, our sticky tabs keep it firmly secured to the floor, making it harder for your dog to grab, drag, or toss around. And if your pet does manage to damage it, the reduced amount of pulp means any mess created will be much smaller and easier to clean up, helping keep your home cleaner and fresher for longer.
What makes your pad better than standard pads?
Most standard pads use low-quality SAP (super absorbent polymer) to cut costs. These absorb less liquid, so they rely heavily on pulp to help absorb. But pulp doesn’t lock in odor or dry quickly, which leads to wet surfaces and bad smells. We use premium SAP, the same used in baby diapers. It absorbs more, dries faster, and locks in moisture and odor much better than cheap SAP.
What type of SAP do you use?
We use premium SAP, the same used in baby diapers. It absorbs more, dries faster, and locks in moisture and odor much better than cheap SAP. That’s why our pad stays dry to the touch, even after multiple uses — cleaner for your home and safer for your pet.

Why is your pad thinner than others?
Our pad is thinner because we use high-quality SAP with small, rounded particles that absorb more and lock in odor. Standard pads use cheap SAP with sharp edges, so they add extra pulp to prevent damage. However, pulp doesn’t lock in odor, which means worse odor control.
How does your pad control odor better?
We use premium SAP, the same used in baby diapers, which locks in moisture and neutralizes odor at the source. Standard pads rely on pulp, which absorbs liquid but doesn’t trap odor, causing bad smells to linger after just one or two uses.
Which dogs can use your pad?
Our pad is designed for small dogs up to 20 pounds. It handles up to 50 ml (1.7 oz) per use, locking in moisture and odor effectively. This allows for multiple uses per day without leaks or lingering smells — perfect for indoor-trained pets or apartment living.

Awful, please if youre used to any sort of quality buy something better.
These are awful. Typically we get ones from Chewy which are thick and very absorbent. We have a senior in our house, and she doesn’t always make it to where she needs to go. So we set these up with some boxes, to help alleviate some of her embaressment. Because of her potty training, she has a lot of shame for going indoors, even if we never shamed her as an adult, because it’s a natural thing. She’s also pretty much deaf, so we just pet her and try to make her feel better. But these pads? Awful, beyond reason. No. Don’t get them. I don’t care what they cost. They are very thin. They lack any of the nicities of the American produced one (This isn’t a China vs. America thing, this is a stating the facts kind of thing). I think because they need to be shipped overseas, versus delivered via local transit. They have almost no absorption.Partner pushed the auto-ship back too much, so we ran out and we had a month of prime free from grabbing a laptop on here. So we tried these to tie us over. I am going to see if I can get my money back for them because they are awful through and through, even opening. Just awful. If you have no other option, go ahead. But I would strongly suggest looking at places that specialize in pet pads instead. Petco/Chewy – and made in North America (specifically if you’re in NA) as the build will probably be much better as they have to contest wtih less shipping fees.

Perfect for 10 lb. Girl – Update
Update: These would be good for a very small puppy or dog. After more use we realized that we’re going through these much faster than ones that I normally buy so I’m going to go back to purchasing those.Original Review:They are thin, but they absorb just as well as other brands that I have bought. I didn’t notice that you can stick the 4 corners on the floor when I bought them and that’s a really nice feature. No problems with leaks, excellent value, I appreciate not having to pay for fancy packaging; my dog doesn’t care.

Not what I was expecting
Very thin and they are not as big as you think. The pad dimension is for entire pad. Pee area is only 17.5 inches x 19.5 inches. I’m having to pick up pads on every single use because that is all it will hold. I have a mini dachshund and a standard Dachshund both males and these barely hold 1 use.
