This stuff has been a quiet revolution for me. After years of stomach chaos and trying every fix under the sun, this is the first thing that actually steadied the whole system. I was sure I had IBS, but this leveled everything out. Easily the best product I’ve tried.

I’m not sure how you’re supposed to feel after taking these but it seems like it’s helped with my indigestion. The key is remembering to take it daily. I will repurchase to see if it continues to help. There was no bad taste and it’s easy to swallow.

8/29/25 This review is for Renew Life Ultimate Flora Probiotics Bloat & Gas Support 70 Billion CFU Delayed Release Vegan Capsules | Doctor Formulated | Digestive Health | Immune Health | Dairy Free | 30 Count. We are long time users of Renew Life probiotics. We’ve had great success with them and this one is no different. The capsules themselves are small, odorless and tasteless and easy to swallow. We particularly like Renew Life due to the multiple strains they include in their formulations, as well as the delayed release capsules that ensure the contents reach their intended target. Another plus of these is that they contain pre, pro and post biotics, so you are getting the complete spectrum in one capsule. My husband took these for the full 30 days and did not experience any digestive issues of any kind while taking them (in fact, it did work to lessen his bloating); however, he is a regular user of their products, so if you are new, your body may take a bit to adjust. The only thing we aren’t a huge fan of is the recent change they have made towards glass bottles. Glass is not recycled in our area and the bottles are ridiculously large for the 30 small capsules enclosed. I would also prefer to buy these in a larger quantity per bottle since we both take them daily. All that being said, we highly recommend their products, including this one.

Gentle and effective
Ive been taking these probiotics for a couple weeks now. They didnt cause any disruption in my life like some do. They feel gentle and easy to adjust to. My stomach feels more comfortable with healthier restroom experiences. I also notice my skin feels better when im consistent on probiotics and these are no different. The label feels trustworthy. I would purchase again. These are priced a little higher than some but for good quality it is in line with that pricing. I haven’t experienced a change in weight or sleep but i do feel better on them.
