Due to the design of the product, it can only be produced using 3D printing and is made of safe, non-toxic PLA material.
Is the surface smooth?
As a 3D-printed product, the base may have slight marks, but we carefully smooth it to ensure the surface is as polished as possible. You may lightly sand before use if needed. Thanks for your support!
What fish is this product suitable for?
It is suitable for small fish under 1.97 inches, and is especially perfect for bettas. The compact, honeycomb-style cave design allows bettas to explore, rest, and feel secure inside.

It’s a 100% ‘love it’ for my Betta. He knows it’s his special place.
This is possibly my Betta’s favorite hangout. It’s a hard choice, he also loves his similarly made (with the open holes all through) tunnel. I think he spends a little more time in this one, but again, it’s a tossup. He’s in both of them throughout the day. It’s where he likes to rest and take a nap or watch his other fish buddies from. And Me. He loves to watch me too. I love that I can see through it to see him also. We’re best buds. He also like to hang on the leaves I have attached to the glass up top. Betta’s like to hang near the top. They can grab a quick gulp of air and rest or nap there. If you have a Betta, be a good pal and set them up with this free floating hammock. I also like to give him his food in there, he knows its just for him and no one will bother him while he eats in there. The floating Betta pellets work best.

Wish it was more durable
Much smaller than expected and the little circles around the hide are easily breakable. Some pieces were poking out so I tried to take them off so they don’t hurt my animals and I broke a large chunk off, making an even more spikey hole

Fun & useful addition
Our class pet, Blue the Betta, loves resting in his floating hammock. My fifth graders have trained him to get his food from here and it keeps an open area from our floating plants to do so.

Exactly as pictured, and a good size! Came with a few sharp edges I had to file down as it is 3D printed feeling, but overall a good hide for my betta!

My betta fish immediately took a liking to this hammock and likes to hang out in it a lot! I like to use it to feed my betta too, as it is easy to remove any uneaten food.

Question, when you create and ship your product — you don’t check the quality of your work? Seems like you don’t care. I’m shipping it back and this item is so dangerous for betta’s fins along with tiny creatures like baby shrimp or small fish as they might get stuck.
