Nice, comfortable harness
I bought this for our 7 lb. Pomeranian girl because it’s a battle every morning to put on her step-in harness. I’m usually the first one up, so I’m trying by myself to get both of her legs into the harness at the same time. It’s quite the challenge because she’s hungry, thus impatient, and is turning circles on the kitchen table while I’m trying to put the harness on her. This typically results in one leg being in the harness and the other one out, and I almost always get some fur caught in the snap, so it takes me five or six tries before her harness is on correctly and we’re ready to go outside before breakfast. This SlowTon harness looked as if it might be easier to put on, and many purchasers mentioned that it was comfortable as well, so I decided to order it. I tried it the morning after it arrived at our house, and I was impressed by how padded and soft the harness felt. Our girl doesn’t like having anything going on over her head (like flea collars) so she isn’t thrilled when I put it on her, but I really like that the strap goes under her body and snaps on the side. It’s easier/faster for me, and there’s less of a tendency for her fur to get caught in the plastic snap. Someone mentioned that they were concerned their dog’s fur would get caught in the Velcro straps used to make adjustment, but we haven’t had a problem with that. The only disadvantage I’ve found is that when our Pommie licks the treat in her Bento ball the strap that goes under her chin gets wet, but it doesn’t appear to bother her. As others have said, the sizing is perfect and the harness seems to be much more adjustable than others we’ve had. We always leash her with the ring that’s attached to the top of the harness instead of the one in front; because the front ring clinked on her water bowl when she got a drink and was distracting–my husband cut it off. By the way, that one is metal, not plastic; I’m not sure what the top ring is made of. I’ve ordered several other harnesses in the past and returned them because they felt a little heavy for a small dog, but as others have said, this one is lightweight. We haven’t tried the leash yet, but I’m sure we will at some point. Another reviewer mentioned that the company had reached out to them to thank them for purchasing the product and to find out if it had arrived in good condition and worked well. The same happened with us; I got an email (plus the actual harness) from the company 3 days after I placed my order. That showed me that this is a company that cares about its customers and stands behind its products. Overall, I’m very happy with this harness. I think it’s the best one we’ve had so far and I wouldn’t hesitate to order again.

best harness and leash i’ve ever had
fits my maltese / shih tzu PERFECTLY in a small. the shifting ring makes walls so much more comfortable for her and super easy to get off and on. the leash is ideal bc it has a springy give at the end that prevents her from pulling me or getting pulled back if she suddenly sees a squirrel. like a shock absorber. super light, durable, doesn’t choke her and is washable! best harness/leash i’ve ever had – and with a lifetime of small dogs i have had a bunch. and the price is a steal. highly recommend!

Great set!
I love this for my small maltese pup. It fits her well, was adjustable to fit and has nice soft padding. I bought it for the halter, but I was surprised by how much I love the leash as well. My pup is a bit of a wild child. The gentle stretch of the leash stops her from having an abrupt stop and it helps slow her down gently. It’s length is also adjustable, making this a great buy.

Great value and PERFECT fit for small dogs
This harness is SO CUTE and fits perfectly on small dogs. I made sure to measure my dog’s neck and chest before ordering, and we ordered XS for our 13 lb chihuahua. This harness is easy to put on and is comfortable for the dog. She hasn’t been able to maneuver her way out of this one like she can with other harnesses and collars. And I love that this comes with a matching leash. I wish the leash was a little longer, but it’s still a great product. This set is a fantastic value for the price.

Sturdy little harness that’s easy to get on and off
I ordered 3 of these for my three foster girlies – chihuahuas. I needed XXS harnesses. I have worked with a lot of harness and leash set-ups in rescue and I have to say, these impressed me! I like that the chest piece is adjustable and has the extra bit of velcro to secure the excess so that it doesn’t curl up and loosen at the ends. I can easily adjust to accommodate the fit for my 6lb baby as well as the 4 lb. Honestly, the XXS harness will probably fit them forever as there is plenty of room to adjust the size. They are very easy to put on and off – once the chest and girth are sized and fitted, just drop over the head and snap the belly strap. If fitted properly will be very difficult to slip out of accidentally. They appear well made and I like the felt cushioning on the chest and girth strap. Some of the pics show a ring on the chest strap – mine do not have that, which is really unimportant to me with an XXS dog. On a larger dog, the back ring might be a little flimsy? The leash is a good length for a little dog and I like that it is adjustable – could probably work well as a seat belt restraint as well by threading the seat belt through the shorter end. And I like the reflective stitching. I think I’ll be ordering a couple of more to keep on hand for my future fosters as I planned to send these out with my girlies when they are adopted!

Cute harness and lightweight leash but room for improvement
I was excited to find a very small adjustable front strap that also included a ring for a leash to attach in both the front and on the dog’s back. I measured my dog and ordered an xs as the measurements matched my dog’s measurements. The front strap, even though adjustable, was still too large. It sits nicely on her until the leash is attached and we start walking. It pulls the front of the harness funny to one side instead staying where it should.The leash is nice and lightweight. Unfortunately, my dog grabbed it in her mouth just once and it started ripping. So it is definitely not very durable. (My dog is 10lbs and has a small mouth).Things I like about this harness are:- it is easy to put on and take off- it’s a cute color- it has a soft lining so it is gentle on my dog’s skin- it does reduce the amount my dog pulls on the leash when the leash is clipped in the front

This was the first item I purchased for my nine month old cockapoo. It fits her well at 20 pounds & she loves to wear it, but quite honestly she likes to wear anything 😂The colour is beautiful (turquoise), as is the quality of the harness & leash. I really like that the leash has a tiny bit of stretch in it. I’ve washed the set multiple times & it comes up looking new every time.A very good value & I highly recommend!

A lot of dog harnesses irritate around legs, body and throat area. The DogsSlowTon No Pull is perfect for Chloe. The harness quality is so comfortable and soft which fits perfectly around the front chest and around the body area. No pulling on her throat.
