Very happy, First unit damaged, quick replies and replacement.
Item arrived damaged. UBPET were quick to send a replacement. Opening size is large, good. The silicon liner in bottom does not remove and seems well sealed to base.Unit setup was easy and functioned as advertised. Added a little litter from old box to new litter and our two cats were happy.Daughter checked that it was safe for her cat and not a ‘death trap’ that she had read about for other similar units :)Cats have used it for over a week and no issues. Litter is left clean and level. I set clean for 5 minutes after use to allow litter to clump.So far very pleased.To share unit with daughter. She creates her own account in app. I entered her contact details in my app and shared.

Absolutely love this automatic litter box! It’s very spacious and perfect for adult cats. Good size and quiet litter box
So I’ve been using an automatic litter box for a while, so this wasn’t my first one. The main difference I noticed with this unit is the larger size. My cat is around 16 lbs, and he fits comfortably with enough space to turn around, which wasn’t always the case with my previous box.The waste container is also larger, so I don’t need to empty it as often. It still requires regular cleaning like any automatic litter box, but overall the maintenance feels less frequent. Setup was straightforward, and the automatic cleaning has been working reliably so far. For anyone with a larger cat or upgrading from a smaller automatic litter box, this one feels more practical and easier to live with day to day!

Great cat litter
This is a great automatic cat litter, easy to setup and take apart to clean. Easy to open the collection bin to empty and replace with new liner. Good size that my big male Ragdoll cat can fit easily, he loves it.

not safe!
was in use for 3 days then a dangerous malfunction occurred.Even though the cleaning cycle was set for 15 minutes after cat exits, it began turning while the cat was just exiting almost catching his leg!

Best purchase ever BUY IT
Best purchase ever. I had trouble getting it to attached to my wifi, but I found out it was because my phone was to far away from the litter box as it was connecting. I left my phone on the floor and the failed pairing stopped.Easy to empty, easy to monitor cat visits, clean and odor trapping which was a big deal for me.

Good simple design however poo/pee will stick inside often because the litter mat does not expand and can only slide into the trash bin (not ‘fall’ into it)

Ho comprato questa cassetta dopo una puramax petkit che è durata solo 2 anni, ( si è spenta e mai piu riaccesa).Questa per il momento mi sembra molto valida, molto piu basica dell altra, ma vista la brutta esperienza con quella “più tecnologica”… e poi è molto più ampia la zona dedicata al gatto ma occupa lo stesso spazio dell’altra esternamente… piu facile anche da pulire.per cui devo dire…. se continua a funzionare come funziona adesso, posso reputarmi soddisfatta!

Wir haben lange nach einer automatischen Katzentoilette für unsere beiden „größeren“ Katzen (jeweils 6 kg) gesucht. Die Öffnung sollte groß sein, der Innenraum geräumig und die Reinigung einfach. Nach langer Suche haben wir endlich dieses Modell gefunden.Die Katzentoilette wurde sehr schnell geliefert. Die Größe passt gut, sie läuft relativ leise und ist einfach zu bedienen. Nachdem wir sie mit dem Smartphone verbunden hatten, konnten wir sie sogar bequem per App steuern.Unsere Katzen waren anfangs etwas skeptisch, aber nach weniger als einem halben Tag haben sie angefangen, sie zu benutzen. Sehr schnell haben sie dieses neue „Gerät“ akzeptiert. Seitdem übernimmt die Katzentoilette täglich die automatisch die Reinigung, was uns sehr entlastet.Wir verwenden Cat’s Best Original Katzenstreu und haben Die Reinigungszeit auf etwa 7 Minuten eingestellt, damit sich die Klumpen gut bilden und leichter entfernt werden können.Wir sind mit dieser automatischen Katzentoilette sehr zufrieden.

Endlich habe ich eine automatische Katzentoilette gefunden, die perfekt für größere Katzen und Haushalte mit mehreren Katzen geeignet ist! Ich habe schon einige automatische Katzentoiletten ausprobiert, aber diese hier gefällt mir mit Abstand am besten. Das Design ist gut durchdacht, der Aufbau super einfach. Die große, offene Öffnung macht die Reinigung sehr bequem, und innen ist richtig viel Platz – meine 6 kg schwere Britisch Kurzhaar kann sich darin problemlos umdrehen. Sie ist außerdem sehr leise, und meine Katzen benutzen sie total gerne!Lieferung und Verpackung top!Einziger kleiner Minuspunkt: Das Stromkabel ist etwas kurz, lässt sich aber ganz einfach mit einem Verlängerungskabel lösen und ist daher kein echtes Problem.
