Great for my indoor cats
Good size wheel for my 3 cats. Definitely very sturdy construction though it does take a good of effort and time to assemble. It’s not loud either. Two out my three cats figured out how to use it within a few days. One of them still has yet to figure it out LOL. Keeps my cats from getting bored and good for their health at the same time.

Installations * Track Width
Easy to assemble. There is one mistake in the instructions related to assembling the wheels. In the instructions, parts A and P are marked incorrectly. They state that part A should be closer to the center of the base and part P should be on the outside, but it should be the opposite. The correct order is Part C, Part A, then Part P. Unfortunately, I spent a long time assembling it incorrectly and then had to disassemble the base and rebuild it.Other than this, assembly is easy. Also, in the pictures, the track width is clearly marked as 14 inches, which appears to be the width of the carpet or the distance between the side panels. However, the unit I received has a track width of 11 inches. Maybe this was only my unit. Customer service was great and helped resolve the track width issue.Aside from these two issues, it is a good product.

A waste of money unless your cat is extremely large, and putting it together is a nightmare.
Do not buy this product. There are far better even if you have to pay more for them.First, the instructions are garbage. They tell you to put parts in the place where they do not fit and do not make sense. In particular the (P) and (A) parts, while labeled properly, are then shown in the wrong places on the instructions and need to be reversed to make the wheel work properly. (A) does not go inside, it goes outside. (P) goes inside.The instructions are tiny and poorly written, with mostly illustrations that aren’t clear and again, there are numerous places where they are backward. Even if you are used to building complicated IKEA furniture these instructions will infuriate you.Then there is the complete lack of English proofreading to see if the small amount of text they have provided makes sense. This is verbatim from the instructions: “Put black belt back glue mother-in-law Tear off paper”So after you have completed assembly following the instructions to the letter, and it doesn’t work properly, you need to go back and figure out why, and that the instructions have the parts in the wrong place.They also included parts that are not in the instructions and have no use in building the wheel, including a nut and bolt assembly and a flimsy wrench that goes with it. There was supposed to be sandpaper included, but that didn’t show up.Second, this wheel is heavy and does not turn very well. I would not purchase it unless my cat weighed more than 20 pounds. It is too hard to get going after you have fixed it so it rolls properly. All of it is wood, and not quality wood, but particle board. While the edge of the wheel should probably be something sturdy, the slats that you assemble the wheel out of would have weighed about 1/3 and increased the usability if they were made of plastic, without really sacrificing sturdiness, and it would have been much more useful for something smaller than a bobcat or lynx.I wasted $100.

Upgraded from a smaller wheel. Box came undamaged, but when i opened it, there was a broken piece. I was able to repair it and put the wheel together. This is the only reason for the 4 stars. I contacted Amazon with pictures and they gave me a partial refund. I have some very happy cats because they can get a full run going, even my 3 month old puppy is enjoying it. Makes for a quiet household when all are passed out exhausted!
