Works to battle inflammation
I wanted to give these a while before I reviewed them to see if I noticed a difference in my shoulder pain and I certainly do notice a positive difference. I take two of these at bedtime and have been for a few weeks now. I’m a big fan of anything that adds other natural antiinflamatories, and the turmeric + hyaluronic acid (I think) has made a difference in my overall complexion: my face isn’t as puffy and I’ve noticed a difference for the better in my skin and how there’s more of a glow. There’s no funny taste and it doesn’t make me feel nauseous. Since the glucosamine and turmeric have an antiinflammatory effect, I’m guessing that’s why my shoulder hasn’t been hurting or bothering me as much. Before these, I was taking glucosamine and turmeric seperately, and this eliminates a step. I would recommend these — just make sure you give them a couple weeks to start really noticing a compounded difference

Not bad multi supplement
Because vitamins & supplements are not closely regulated it’s difficult to gauge the effectiveness of one brand versus another. All I can attest to is that my experience with this brand had no ill effects and that the price point is average considering the ingredients. I’ve used similar supplements regularly

I am 54, and the last year, especially, I have noticed issues with my joints hurting, and my knees slipping. Not fun! It’s imperative to be taking glucosamine and msm especially, as they are great for our cartilage.There are other things like gemmotherapy (ribes nigrum one in particular, but there are others!) that can really help with that, and I have actually found to be much more effective, but these won’t hurt to take either. The gemmo can actually rebuild it and helps with inflammation, ligaments, tendons etc. Together, it’s a powerhouse of tools at our disposal. If I had to choose just one supplement, the ribes nigrum would be it, hands down. Nothing wrong with supplements, but I DO wish it didn’t have brown rice flour as a filler. I’ll say that it is better than having the typical magnesium stearate as the filler, though. So, kudos to the company for that. However, it says it is “formulated” in the USA. All that means is someone, hopefully, someone that knows a lot about supplements and how they work together synergistically, came up with the formula that lives here in the United States. Where it is manufactured, and where they get their ingredients from we have no idea. Well, we do, actually. It’s probably China. When a company is embarrassed to put the country of origin of their ingredients, that is usually where it’s from.In saying that, I think the price is a bit much. Ribes Nigrum is black currant, but it’s much more beneficial when created and used through gemmo. Look it up. You’ll wish you knew about that modality much sooner, just like I wish I had. It’s working, though, to repair 40 year old injuries! I’m putting my money there from now on.
