The machine jams and the light “Trash can symbol” comes on.（The sensor points around waste bin are blocked by dust.）

Please remove the top cover and ball compartment, wipe the 4 sensor points around waste bin, then install it. Press the “Clean Button” again to clean. (The location of the 4 sensor points are around the waste bin).

Why the machine won’t start cleaning when the cat leaves？

The default clumping time is 3 minutes, which means you need to wait for 2 minutes after your cat leaves before you can start cleaning (clumping time can be adjusted on the APP). It suit for easy-clump & less dusty litter, such as Mineral.

What’s the inner space of this cat liiter box?

The inner width is about 15”, the inner height is about 20”, the diameter of entry door is 12″. it suit for cat from 2.5-18lbs.
