It work great & has a few safety features!!!
The heater works great! I’ve had it now for about a month. I have a pit bull/pointer mix & I work LONG shifts. It WORKS GREAT for her outdoor house while I’m gone in these COLD temperatures, days & nights (14-15 hours that she can’t be kenneled). She has a pretty good sized dog house. I set it to low on the cooler nights that are around 45-65 degrees & on high when colder. Pitty’s don’t have much of a “coat” so they need the extra warmth!Low is suppose to heat up to around 70 & high is around 86. My dog house doesn’t have a door on it & it still keeps her house nice & warm for her.

The effect is excellent. It keeps my doghouse at a very warm temperature and has been in use for some time now. It is still functioning perfectly. It is definitely worth the price.

Constant running and over heating the space.
The problem with this heater is it keeps running and over heats the area. I have to keep checking it to make sure it’s not too hot. At times I have to unplug it. It’s not good if my potbelly pigs are too hot inside and to cold outside. What if I go out of town and it is to hot?

Stopped working after 2 months of use
Worked great for two months. I have the heater installed inside the doghouse and the dog house is covered (in California, so the elements are not bad at all). Stoped working after only two months and the cord was never chewed or anything that would cause it to not work.
