I bought this bag for a trip to Italy. I was able to fit 5-6 outfits, 2 pairs of shoes, and bring back items I bought. I appreciated the zipper option to expand the size. I used this on my way back but as a compression feature (packing my items, then zippering it to a smaller size to be more compact and fit more easily as a carryon on the airline.) I did not bring a laptop, but used this space for a few tablecloths I brought home.As a backpack feature, this works very well, with comfortable straps and chest strap. One option I wished it had was a strap for around the waste, as all the weight was in my shoulders.

practical backpack
Just packing now for a 10 day trip. It unzips to add more room, which is turning out to be necessary. I have the 40-50 size for women. I don’t think it will fit under the seat on the plane, but should be ok for the overhead bin. Ends up pretty heavy when fully packed, so will limit my ability to do a lot of walking when I arrive. Maybe for folks younger than my 69 years that might not be an issue. I like the cinch straps on the sides to give an added bit of security and compression. I like the pocket for the shoulder straps; makes it more streamlined for getting on a plane. Like the extra pockets, though I decided to bring a purse to put my iPad, phone and odds and ends and didn’t use the outside pockets.

Spacious backpack with the necessary compartments. Things must be well distributed so that it does not exceed measures on flights. The material looks good quality and durable. Ease of use. For the price it is a good option. The Laptop compartment makes it more versatile.

Just what I needed. Has plenty of room for my clothes and hygiene supplies has room for a laptop but I didn’t carry one so I utilized the space for other items. Great for week supply of clothes and great for carry-on bag, fits overhead compartment on plane.

Looks big and can hold a lot of things
This thing looks solid . I love it. I think the company can make improvement though. The zipper handles don’t have little holes where you can insert a lock. You can still lock it but there is no dedicated holes for it. The other thing is the plastic strip near the bottom of the pack. I am very sure with time this will shred and peel off and it will look ugly . If the company uses the same material throughout it will have longevity. Nevertheless I hope it will give me a good 2 to 3 years of usage. I hope but only time would tell.

Perfect for TRAVEL.I can pack 5 pants and shirts,alot of socks and boxers, my laptop with charger and hard drives, Toiletries, game remote, and still fit some more.I can see if you overload then you run the risk of breaking a arm strap or zipper.I’ve took this on 4 trips and was able to stuff under airplane seat. Your laptop isn’t very protected but it does rest on your back. Hasn’t been an issue yet.Front zipper pockets are hard to use if bag is overstuffed. Has water bottle pocket too.Can easily be used on a week long trip if your a semi-minimalist or know how to fold clothes right.Backpack straps are built in and you can stuff them away if you want.

This bag is great, plenty of room with plenty of pockets.The extendible zip helps when wanting more to pack.Quality seems good. I have used this many time now and no sign of early wear and tear.Happy with this purchase

I just completed an around the World trip where this was the only bag I took. I was able to fit 3 pairs of pants, 6 shirts, 10 pairs of underwear, my toiletries, sunglasses and a Samsung galaxy 8″ tablet.First of all, the bag held up very well with all that travel. Very sturdy and never felt like the zips would break even though they were under some extreme pressure at times.I never once had any difficulties having it accepted as carry on and I flew with Qantas, Finnair, Air Nostrum (small subsidiary of Iberia), British Airways, American Airlines, Westjet, and Japan Airlines.For me it has the right amount of compartments and pockets. If it had more, it would be difficult to locate items in the bag when on flights.I also had to walk long distances with this bag on my back so the strap on the front was vital to help balance the weight. I’ve suffered from a bad back in the past from backpacks but this bag never strained my back as you can adjust it while you have it on
