Soft but structured!! Great cone!!
Fantastic. We wanted to replace another soft but sturdy cone we loved that finally lost its structure, but it was discontinued. So we found this instead!The Velcro is strong. The clips are easy to adjust, and super cute shaped like bones. The neck also has a drawstring which is great for keeping it on without need a collar to attach it to. Our boy’s neck measures around 18in at the base where we have this, and we got the XL. A little big out of the box for sure, but we needed the length, and we were able to adjust it to fit perfectly. What a joy!!It’s lightweight and soft and comfy for him. He adapted to it immediately and he sleeps comfortably in it.It’s also very durable. He’s constantly going through doorways and in and out of his crate and bumping into stuff, and this has held up through all of that 😂😂 it’s structured enough to keep its shape, but it’s not hard at all.

Comfortable Padding Around Neck
Small dog with a fat neck … I got the medium size and it works out great. This is a great quality padded cone. I had to cut it down a little and put a Rick rack stitch around or it would’ve stuck out too far, it’s kind of heavy to fold back. The Velcro on it is super super strong! I think it looks cute and fits nice for a French bulldog. I’m really happy with the quality and good padding around the neck.I just feel bad she has to wear it, allergies are itchy sometimes and she was scratching herself too much. Next, I’ll have to go to padded shoes for her if this doesn’t work out. So far this cone is working. She can eat just fine with it on.

I love this Avont foldable Dog Cone. My dogs have 18 inch necks and I got the XL. I took one star off because I haven’t used it more than a day so far.I’ve dealt with the standard clear plastic cone that just has snaps on in the past when my pet was injured. My pitbull was able to pop that one off by rubbing it against the handle on a dresser and pulling. Then I had to duct tape it one. Was a real pain taking it off and on for her to eat or drink and to put harness on to take out for a walk.Not so with this Avont foldable cone. This cone is secured with the cutest dog shaped clips that look like dog bones for easy release and reinforced by Velcro full length of cone for extra security. See pics…This foldable Avont dog cone has a soft fabric cushion around the neck. It appears to be water repellent, easy to clean and has a drawstring that closes around the dog’s neck for added security. So you have three ways to secure it on your pet: clips, velcro and drawstring. Still have to take it off to put harness on but it’s easier to do so with this .The ability to fold down collar is wonderful when it comes to feeding my dogs and for them to drink without having to fight to take cone off and then put it back on again. Just fold it down so they can consume whatever and fold back up once they finished eating and / or drinking. I find this foldable feature awesome!I can recommend this cone at this time.I will be putting this cone to use next month when I get my dogs spade.If I run into any issues with this I will update my post.

Best Collar Ever!
So far-so good. I have a pug and they are difficult to fit cone because of thick neck and flat face. I got a medium. He has 14 inch neck. We are only day 2 but I think this will work. He is 14 yrs old and has lumps on his legs and feet. He needs to wear socks and is constantly licking. He is on antibiotic- I take it off when he sleeps- but I may change my mind. I don’t think he likes it- but it is working for what I need bi love the heavy Velcro- I fold it down for his comfort. I did not think it would be so sturdy.

Aids in getting wound healed!
Our dog had a minor surgery on his bum that he needs to leave alone. He has been a hard one to keep cones on. He always figures a way to get them off, until this one! The velcro is wide enough that it holds tight and doesn’t come apart. The buckles give an added layer for him to try to get through. The size is perfect for him and has been very functional for us in getting his area healed. It provides protection without completely limiting his view. Plus he get lots of compliments on the cute duck design!

Better than expected, I was expecting it to be quite flimsy just because it’s fabric, but it actually stands up quite well, and my dog can lay comfortably in it, I will say being able to fold it down comes In very handy when the dog is trying to drink water, my dog spilled over her water dish when it was all the way out, but when it was folded up it gave her easier access. Good quality for price. will purchase again. I will say I should have got an extra large tho, my dog is around between 70-80 pounds, and the large well it fits her, but it’s a bit more snug than I like, I can still fit all my fingers and every through it, just for my personal liking it’s a big snug. But with the velcro you are able to adjust it a bit.

My Cocker Spaniel (purchased L) had an infected foot that he was constantly licking and he managed to cut his foot with the vets hard collar. I bought this so he was more comfortable and able to sleep, eat and drink without hurting himself or me. He may have looked like a bobble head when he walked and made me laugh but looked like he was wearing a Christmas hat. Love that you can fold back the edge so your pet can eat and drink without tossing their bowls over. Easy to wipe clean and pack away for when needed again. I recommend this collar.
