Good Quality – A Must for Dog Beds
We purchase dog beds from a major well-known retailer in Maine, and the beds are perfect. The heavy duty outside covers unzip and come off for laundering. They have been laundered many times and they never shrink and look like new. The issue is that the covers are not water proof. Any water or — with our quite elderly female — pee will go through the cover into the foam. These liners are perfect. The liner is good quality and is easy to use, It was always a difficult task to get the dog bed cover on the foam, these are large and very large beds. The liners are slick and make this an easy task that takes a fraction of the time.

Perfect Protection for our Pooch’s Dog Bed
This is a really well made product. We bought the Tan | Size: Medium 27″x36. We have a 55 lb pit bull who has a med to large bed that stays inside a med/large crate. Our actual pet bed is “water resistant” on top and for most intents and purposes has been okay in preventing things like dog drool from reaching the interior memory foam part of the bed.However, one day our dog became very sick and soiled her crate and that “water resistant” cover did nothing to keep any liquid from soaking into her fairly expensive memory foam bed. Needless to say, we replaced the bed. For insurance, however, because we like her bed so much, we bought this dog bed liner to prevent these types of incidents in the future from potentially ruining a really nice dog bed.The product material feels very strong, yet soft enough to where our dog can sleep on her bed, not knowing this liner is beneath her bed’s outer cover. It is soft and doesn’t feel crinkly or uncomfortable. Also, inside the cover you can tell that the entire product will protect all sides of the dog bed, including the top, sides, and bottom. It zippers open from one corner but the zipper goes around three sides which made it really easy to put it around our dog’s memory foam mattress. We didn’t measure the mattress before buying it or anything, we just tried it and it fit very well. There was a little bit of excess material, but it did not make any difference in our view of the product. It was also easy to get the mattress and mattress cover back into the dog bed cover.We have not yet had any messes to put this to the waterproof aspect of the test, but I will most certainly update my review once we do!!I highly recommend this product if you want to protect a dog bed that you feel is worth protecting. The other good thing is that eventually if you have to replace your dog’s bed, you will still have this same cover to use on the next one.

Love it, but I put a tiny hole in it.
I purchased the round cover to cover a large round bed that I bought for my pups. While it is a nice bed it isn’t waterproof, and I intend on getting lots of years out of it. I had been using a mattress protector along with the waterproof blanket that is also in the photo, but being the bed is round and the mattress protector isn’t it wasn’t a great fit. The girls were pulling back the blanket and and in the process moving the mattress protector, and peeing on the bed. Why they want to pee on their bed I don’t know, but they are still babies lol. Anyway I set out to find a waterproof cover and this was the only one I could find that wasn’t insanely priced. It fit the bed perfectly and protects every inch of it. The only problem I had is there was a tag sewn on it and my pups will go out of their way to eat it, so I had to cut it off, and despite my best efforts I still cut a tiny hole in the new cover. It shouldn’t pose a problem, but I hate that I already messed it up when I just got it. I look forward to this cover helping me extend the life on the bed, and I will most likely purchase another cover soon.

It easy to cover the non waterproof dog bed and stuff into the washable cover I use. Keeps all the slop and wet dog off the inner bed stuffing!

Extremely Durable 1.5 years later
Was just reviewing past purchases and thought I would leave a review since I am beyond happy with this cover. I like many had been through so many expensive dog beds and covers but my two Aussies ripped them up after only days. I started thinking there wasnt anything that would work when I ordered this cover. It was fairly cheap and I purchased three long body pillows at $10 each to fit inside. They scratched like mad on it getting comfortable but it held up with no signs of wear. It doesnt seem that durable like tougher beds I had in the past and paid over $100 easy. My wife suggested buying body pillows to put inside and the dogs love them and look hilariously comfortable when they get sprawled out on their own. I ended up getting another for my 2nd dog now that I knew it was holding up. That was approximately $70 each which included the price of the bed and 3 body pillows inside I purchased at Walmart. My wife and I have said it repeatedly over the last year and a half that they love!! their beds and they still look new. One of my dogs has a bladder issue and over the last year has had numerous accidents on her bed and only 1 time did it get through. My wife just took the bed apart threw it in the wash and had it back in play a short time later. YES, I imagine we may have an issue from time to time but other beds had to be thrown out because they were ripped or didnt wash properly. I would recommend the cover with the 3 body pillows as the perfect set up for your dog family. My pups look calm but they were devils until they ran up against these covers.

Excellent quality!
So happy with this purchase, I bought it to go with the 42″ Happy Hounds Scout Deluxe Round Pillow Style Sherpa Dog Bed, and they fit perfectly! The fabric is thick, and it would probably work as a flotation device when the zipper is zipped all the way up! Perfectly happy, I have 2 Jack Russel pups that are very rambunctious and energetic, they love to dig and they love mud puddles, so this is a great addition to make my life easier on cleaning day.

Update : have had them since 2018 and all of them are still waterproof no issues with leaking great quality . Always wash on cold or cool setting and hang dry !Definitely waterproof so far so good for our100 lb bullmastiff

It is a great product while it lasted. I waited a while after I purchased it to write a review. I’m only giving it 4 stars because my dog is a heavy chewer and she finally figured out how to tear it and get the bed out, and you can figure out the rest :(Well, it lasted about 6 weeks during which it was great.
