Very professional set. I really like the tweezers. I have 5 cats and have to check and remove ticks a couple times a week. You can get close enough to the skin to remove the tick easily.

Ticks can be a problem here but I didn’t even realize this 3-piece set was for tick removal. I wanted the hemostat which works as expected. I have also found alternative uses for the sharp, pointy, curved tweezers which are sharp enough to rupture and drain a whitehead without leaving a mark. I can see how the 3rd tool would also be userful in holding a tick or matt away from the pet’s skin. It is also useful (with its silicone case on) when removing a CR2032 disc battery from a car’s key fob for replacement. Lastely, I like my tools and cords in white, yellow or bright green (like these) so they don’t disappear on dark sofas, shelves, and counters. These are easy to find.

Why did you pick this product vs others?:Tick season is very active this year. We do a lot of outdoor hiking and this has come in very handy. The kit is small enough to carry in your backpack or over the shoulder bag. All three tools are very useful in tick removal– each one specific to where the tick is located. Nice value for your money! Great investment.
