Great enclosure!
My baby Theodore loves his new enclosure! It took about an hour to put together, but it was incredibly simple. The kit even came with extra screws and a screwdriver!Just one tip: when removing the protective plastic from the panels, unscrew all of the little screws holding the panel onto the sides to prevent any plastic from being stuck underneath.

Poorly packaged, arrives damaged, broken box put in bigger intact box
Arrived in broken box that was then put into a perfectly intact one! The way the corners of the top panels sit on top of each other, creates a gap which makes the wood snap in the same place, right top corner. Wood is flimsy, if you screw it in too tight, it will snap again. Screws can be too short, see pic of how one popped out from the side panel, with the hamster in. No way 5 minutes to put together. DO NOT BUY, TOO Stressful!!

Easy to Build & Worth the Money
I’ve bought this cage twice now. It’s worth the price. It’s the perfect size for my dwarf hamster . It’s easy to put together . It’s sturdy . And easy to move around .

Huge cage works for guinea pigs and hamsters
It’s not a bad wooden cage. My biggest complaint is the packaging is not adequate to keep the product safe so the lid of our cage did come cracked and broken. The rest of the cage however was in perfect condition. easy to assemble, looks beautiful acrylic panels are very clear. It won’t be easy to clean but I like the fact that it comes with a mat which does make it a little easier.

This came with everything. Plex glass is not worth it. The top bar to hold it in place is loose and never does its job. Good if you need a large solution to a very cramped cage.Changed this because theu have very good customer service and has helped me when needed

Cheap materials that warp.
Plexiglass side panels began to warp 1 day after assembly (and these were the parts they came preassembled to perimeter wood frame). Unsure as to why? Temperature in the home is steady at 71 degrees. Plexi panels appear to be very thin. Will be returning.
