Amazing!
I was about to return this because I wasn’t sure it was going to be a good fit for my 14& 1/2 lb cat. As I was taking it apart, I was noticing how well made the design was, so I decided to hold on to it. Had to bring my cat to the vet today and he was sooo calm in this carrier as opposed to the bigger, bulkier one I was using. This has comfortable straps, for shoulder and hands and it’s not killing my back which is a plus!I love how the sides come out. I had both open, but closed the second one so he could lean against that side and look out facing me while in the vet office.He didn’t even cry, which was amazing considering how loudly he protested the hard case. I think he like that he could feel me through the soft bag. This was a great purchase. Would recommend for a dog or cat 16lbs and under.

Bella loves her new carrier/condo!
My cat, Bella, loves this carrier. She actually doesn’t know it’s a carrier yet. She just loves to do inside it and take naps. I hope that will make it easier to use it as a carrier. One of the things I really love – and so does Bella – is that she can stretch out in it when the sides as expanded.

The Days of Having to Force the Cat in the Carrier Are Over🎉
My 13-pound tuxedo cat is getting older and arthritis has become an issue. We had a hard-sided carrier that he just didn’t like and it didn’t open from the top, which would allow us to get him in and out more easily. After researching many carriers, I chose this one because it had the top opening and the fold-down sides, which would allow him to have more space when we were traveling in the car. When it arrived, I opened it completely, set it on the carpet in our tv room, sprinkled it with some catnip, and went about my business. Thirty minutes later I went back in the room and the cat is completely sprawled out in there, purring away, completely delighted with his new cozy space. We never put it away because he loves to play and nap in it (and I haven’t had to entice him with more catnip). Our vet loves it. The only question my husband had was that it doesn’t look small enough to fit under an airline seat, as the product description said, but we are not likely to need it for that. Love the handles and shoulder strap which make it much easier to carry than our previous carrier. We used the carrier on a two-hour car trip and had a mishap. He was determined to get out and pushed so hard that he broke the zipper of the front panel. I rezipped it, put him back in and he pushed it open immediately, meaning that the zipper is damaged and the carrier can’t be used for travel unless I sew that side shut. I worry that he could do it to another side. We were so surprised that he was able to do this and will have to go back to a hard carrier. So, warning, if you have an active pet that pushes at things, this might not be a good travel choice. It’s still a terrific cozy spot for him, though.

Plenty of room for 2 almost grown cats who are close siblings
I’m giving it a 4 because it needed several days of off-gassing before I could stand to be around it or risk putting the cats in it.Comfort: the foam padding is pretty thin for the kitties, but the carrying straps are good for me.For sturdiness – I’m guessing it’s fine – would have ranked at 5 if the bottom was more rigid. Re cloth sided carriers, I have heard of cats who got really scared and tore open the mesh. Hoping that doesn’t happen w/ mine because I like the advantages of a cloth-sided carrier over a rigid one.Lots of room for my cats who love curling up next to and on each other. If the cats didn’t love each other, it might be a little close? I’m happy w/ the size for my kitties (if you just have 1 regular sized kitty, I would get a smaller one). It was a 2 hr. trip from the rescue group to home and they had room to move around some on the trip.I like the multiple entries for and ways to access the cats. Hoping it will be easy for a vet to examine them in it. I also like the idea of the parts that expand so that if they have to hang out in it for awhile someday, they can have more space.I’m leaving it open in the house and they do use it as a place to ambush each other or to take a break sometimes, so I’m glad they feel comfortable in it.

My cat is terrified of carriers. I ordered this in hopes of having an easier time of taking him to the vet. My cat is 14 years old and I hate the trauma of shoving him into a crate to take him for checkups. As if the trip isn’t hard enough already right? This was a wonderful experience! He went in super easy. With the mesh he didn’t feel like something bad was going to happen. Even the car ride was so much more pleasant. The shoulder strap makes it so easy to carry, and it was great to open the sides in the car for his comfort. The zippers made it so much easier to reach in and pet him safely without worry of him getting loose. Also, that mesh is super strong/tough. He tried to claw and scratch and it didn’t leave a mark! Also, the whole thing folds flat which I did not realize. Overall, I would recommend this to anyone with multiple small cats, or even a good size cat (mine is 13 pounds, and he had plenty of room). My vet was also very impressed and said she would recommend this to other people who have a smaller dog or cat(s) who don’t like the traditional cages. So glad I found this!

Dog bag
Great bag I have a French bulldog not a lot of room but just enough for a quick travel. He can be fiesty so I’ve caught him pushing the bag while he’s inside. But I’m happy I got the bad very much needed. Easy to clean any mess he may make. My dog has separation anxiety so this bag helps with the upper zipper opening allowing him to poke his head out while still being strapped in the bag. Definitely would recommend to anyone with small/ medium dogs.

It has been used to transport both of my cats (not at the same time). It is great to have a shoulder strap as one of my cats is a Maine Coone cross and is fairly heavy. The fold down sides are helpful for ventilation and a more relaxing confinement.
