Arrived Broken but Kittens Love It
I really love the design of this cat tree. It arrived with a few major pieces broken off in the basket and base. It was easy to assemble after glueing. It is sturdy and my litter of kittens love it. The scratching attachment was shredded after a week. I will try to replace it but they really liked it. The ball was my favorite part but they really aren’t too interested in it. Stable enough for climbing and jumping. I appreciate that the pad at the top attaches and detached by a Velcro on the bottom. Easy to clean.

The material is of very good quality and I was extremely satisfied. Just one observation: the installation instructions weren’t very clear, but I managed to figure it out. I recommend it.

Missing parts and lack of instruction
Product instruction “manual” was a one page diagram, which was unclear and vague!It didn’t have labels on the items, which was hard to follow.At the end found out it had missing 12” leg pieces + screws.Item is expensive for such hassle and time consuming issues.

Nice design, but there are quality issues
I looked long and hard for a natural, microplastic-free cat tower that would work for our very large younger cat and our older cat who’s starting to have trouble jumping. This one seemed to fit the bill, but the quality is unfortunately problematic.1. The screws for the scratching pad were too loose to hold at all, so we had to buy larger ones to use.2. One of the posts had bad hardware in it, which locked with the receiving piece, causing both to be unusable. We had to buy replacement hardware, pry the bad hardware out, and retrofit the whole mess in place (the result is wobbly but functional).3. The top shelf is too low over the shelf below it for a cat to fit, so we faced it outwards instead.4. There’s nothing to hold the fabric bed in place, so we used safety pins and twine to tie it to the posts. Also, since it’s not very cushiony, we put a folded bath towel in it. On the plus side, the bed is large enough for our 18-pound semi-Maine Coon cat.5. There are screw holes on the edges of the round plastic bed, but no screws and no receiving holes on the wood piece the bed goes into. Without those, the bed moves and seems likely to startle the cats, so we bought screws, drilled holes, and attached the bed.After all of that, the result actually looks good, but the cats are wary of the slippery wood and have been slow to accept it. Hopefully, that will change with time. Overall, I can’t recommend this product unless you’re very handy and can work around the quality issues.
