Hamster Dream home!
Bought this for a hamster that we had and she loved it. Only thing I would suggest is to buy more tubes for tunnels as there wasn’t enough for what she needed. I will say, it can be a bit difficult to put together but once it is done, they will love it.

Pieces won’t clasp together and isn’t very sturdy
Assembly was super hard. Instructions were pretty clear but none of the pieces clasped together. I had to get pliers to make it clasp and not fall apart. My hamster can easily get out of it due to the gaps between the wires being so wide and big. The little house it comes with falls apart unless you glue it. Water bottle leaks a lot. And not to add that there are wires sticking into the crate that could easily stab my hamster. I had to temporarily add hot glue so he wouldn’t stab himself. For 90 dollars I was expecting something more. Definitely spend more for a more reliable crate. This was a piece of junk. Oh and the stairs. My hamster can chew the stairs off super easily.

Not the worst item available.
The instructions that come with it are useless. The video on Amazon for the product you can use to put everything together, but it runs way too quickly. You can manage it if you pause it a lot. Once you get it together, it is not a bad product. The running wheel, however, is too small for most critters except mice and maybe dwarf hamters and is very flimsy.

Good cage for small animal
This is an excellent cage. A little tricky to assemble(very basic instructions) and you need some needle nose pliers to tighten the hooks to keep it secure. Nice size and plenty of room to move around. There is one section that is tricky to reach but that’s not too much of a problem. The wheel that comes with it is a little small for our pet but it was easily replaced. We would buy again if we needed to.

Secure and Houdini proof
Best critter cage we’ve ever had!We had a Houdini hamster who was finding ways out of the Critter Trail cage every night. Even after we would duct tape the likely spots!So we searched and found this cage. It’s a fabulous mix of space for him to roam and get some tube time, without any gaps or loose caps for him to dislodge.It even kept him protected when the resident cat knocked over the cage attempting to get in. 🥴We are very happy with the new home for a beloved hamster.

Good bad cage
As stated in the title the cage is a good idea of a cage I love the different levels the tubes and the different options that my rat has now going from a single cell cage to a cage with more activities including the ladders And tubes.That being said I also have several issues with this cage this cage considering I paid over $90 after shipping and handling I expected a much better built cage.My 1st issue is with the instructions. There were no written instructions, Only extremely small and hard To see pictures. There was also a page of pictures for a parts list Although None of the parts were labeled. This resulted in me having a very difficult time in constructing the cage and having to take it apart and start over several times. With no indication of front back up down left or right.Now to my pictures.In the photo labeled picture number one you can see the arrow pointing to the bottom of the cage where it attaches to the floor of the cage, In this area and several others the hook connections would not stay as they are supposed to causing the cage to have gapsIn the photo labeled picture number 2.the platform is not level because it along with the others fit very loosely in the cage and it is constantly falling down.In the photo labeled picture number 3.This is a photo of the Bolt part on the back of the little house. It takes a nut and washer to secure it to the wire of the cage. After removing the house a couple of times for cleaning , this part broke off when Putting the house back on. I had to glue it back on The white arrow is a picture of the hole from where the bolt broke and the black arrow is a picture of the glued on bolt.picture number 4.due to the extremely difficult to read instructions causing the cage to be harder to put together The middle rooftop piece of the cage was bent during construction I feel had the instructions been more clear on how exactly to put this piece in and where it goes i.e. Above the little bars or a bow below the little bars little it might not have been bent. the white arrow Shows the bend in the little roof the black arrow shows another hook that is not tight and the blue arrow shows a piece of the cage also bent during installationAnd finally picture number 5 shows yet another spot on the 2 rooftops on the very top of the cage where the pieces did not come together exactly square and they are not as they should be.All of this being said this cage cost more then it is worth to put together. It is a great idea to have the different levels and the tubes and the little house my rat loves it Although I would suggest looking for a similar cage made by a different company with better instructions . so that you avoid the issues that I have Hopefully the company will reach out to me and we can come to some form of resolution If you have any questions feel free to contact me
