Great for Bathing!
I used these gloves to wash my two pet cows (huge animals about 1500 and 2000 lbs). As I get older (uh, 34 (-: ) I’ve been looking for anything to make this exhausting 2+hour per cow job a little easier. This item looked high quality and nearly identical to the higher priced more hyped brand at $24.99. Main difference is that these don’t have size options. Thanks to some helpful reviews, I thought they might fit my hand well. If it helps anyone, the circumference at the widest part of my palm is about 8.5 inches – in between a medium and large by the other brand’s size chart. Also to note, the length of my middle finger from the crease where it attaches to palm is 3.25 inches. Anyway, they fit perfectly; Not baggy and not too tight. If your hand is any bigger than mine these could be a tiny bit uncomfortable. I haven’t tried them on dry fur yet but they’re very convenient for bathing. I just squeeze shampoo onto the palm and scrub away! So nice not to have to grip a stiff brush anymore. The gloves are flexible and conform to curves and now I know for sure how much pressure I’m applying on my sensitive cows’ sensitive parts. They both loved the feel too. The nubs are nice and stiff but rubbery too. No problem for me getting the wet shedded fur off those nubbies – just sprayed them with the hose water using a higher pressure setting on my spray gun. My only wish is that there were nubs on the back side too because it’s less exhausting to scrub their bellies that way and for washing both sides of those tight armpit areas at once. Can’t yet answer if they hold up but no issues spotted yet. I’m looking forward to using again in this hot weather!

I wish I had dicovered this sooner!!!! I’ve used them in several ways- brushing and bathing. My dogs had fleas and these helped detect them. The bristles work so well and made fur so smooth that the fleas were being forced out onto the surface of the fur. Bathed them soon after and again, the bristles dug in and combed the fleas out. When rinsing, it brushed away the dead fleas stuck on the fur and the soap completely washed off. My dogs were also calmer during bathing- with/without fleas and I think the soft, rubbery bristles were soothing. Coats are now very smooth and feel conditioned. It worked for a poodle mix thick, curly fur (works better with soapy fur) and also for short hair large dog. Bathing time cut in half and used half the amount of shampoo. Easy to clean. Spray with soapy water or just power wash with a jet stream hose to remove soap and air dry completely. I’m cosidering buying several more, they are well made and adjustable. I recommend the lighter, brighter colors because they let you see whats on the fur and the shedding. Thank you for creating these- dogs and owner highly recommend!

Best for short hair cats
Bought this for our cats (2 long hair and 1 short hair).For the negative: Definitely not adapted to the long haired cats. If anything, it statically coated them in loose hair… for long hair cats, stick to a de-shedding tool designed for that purpose.For the positive: it worked wonders on our short haired cat… better than any of the brushes or combs we already own. And she absolutely loved it! We didn’t have to hold her in place, she just laid there and thoroughly enjoyed her brushing. And though her hair is short and little, she sheds a fair amount. So I would highly recommend to anyone with short hair cat(-s) as both an excellent grooming tool and affectionate moment with your kitty(-ies)!

Useful gloves for outdoor brushing/bonding
I bought these gloves in May 2021 for my pet dog with Medium (1-2” long)wavy fur and undercoat. They are great for daily brushing and my dog doesn’t seem to mind them at all!Recommend purchase compared to other grooming gloves in market due to look and quality of grooming tips.Pros- well made, look good, pet likes them, can use daily, wearing and removing is a breeze. Rubber tips are in all the appropriate pressure points of a hand, rounded and gentle on pet.Cons – fur flies everywhere, best use outside, comes in only one size so smaller hands and hands that are too large may be inconvenienced. Does not come in various colours. Not very effective at grabbing all the undercoat so undercoat rakes/slicker brush are still needed. It is not a replacement item to existing grooming products for curly haired or longer haired pets.In addition I recommend to store gloves away from pet for danger of chewing.

THE best washing gloves HANDS DOWN!
Ok, if you are still using your bare hands to bath your furbaby – stop it, stop it right now. Just tried these for 1st time and I am shocked at how well they scrub my goldie AND my pittie! My doggos have never been so clean and so much loose fur came off!! The gloves fit well, maybe a TAD loose but the velcro around the wrist allows you to tighten and make sure they stay on throughout the bath. Well worth the cost. Get ‘em

I really like this glove. It easy to put on and take off. It is comfortable to wear and my dogs really like once they got used to the monster on my hand. Excellent for scratching backs, combing hair and a light massage.It doesn’t pick up a lot of hair, some sloughs off and onto the floor. Good point the glove easily picks up hair from the floor. Bottom line, I like and will keep it for the reasons I mentioned. You might rate it lower if you really needed it to pick up the hair.

L’idée de départ était très bien, pour empêcher l’animal de nous griffer pendant qu’on le brosse et lorsqu’on le lave. Par contre après plusieurs utilisation les picots se décolles… est-ce que cause de l’eau chaude ?
