A welcome relief from scooping every day.
My wife and I have had this litter box for just over two weeks and have had no problems with how we use it for our two indoor kittens. They’re still growing; up to 8 lbs. and 9 lbs. respectively. They seem to use the bathroom a LOT, and (in my hearing) at least one of them has the runs each day. That’s probably not exactly true, but you get what I mean. It was terrible to clean the regular box each day. We pulled the bag on this one every other day and cleaned the inside after two weeks. The smell is down overall. You can’t help it when the poop is fresh, and we’ve set it for a 30-min. cycle delay because– well, 2 kittens. The waste is collected in a bag inside the machine and, unless you let the litter get low, the smell goes away until next time.Setting up and maintaining is pretty simple. I had to download an app for it, but once it was running, it led straight to a simple menu similar to what you see on the actual control board. Just click the icon and it responds just how it would if you pressed the button. I had to set up our cycle delay on the app because the instructions weren’t too clear. I’m not sure you can even set it up manually, but again, it was pretty simple with the app. One thing that other buyers will likely notice. The collection bag is on the top. This means as it fills it puts more weight up there in a rather loose compartment, and each cycle will flop it over in there. The more you get, the heavier it flops. I would not recommend going a long time between collections. None of my bags have broken open yet, and as far as I’m concerned, they never will. I was quite concerned when we stretched our pull to 3 days and that bag was thumping quite heavily.Two good things about this litter box SO FAR:1.) We seem to use less litter. We bought the actual Robot Box Litter from Purina. We used a 22-lb. box from the start and just ordered another. So, it lasted just over 2 weeks. Before, we were using a similar size each week.2.) There is so much less effort on our part, I seriously hope it holds up. The smell is down, and collecting and replacing the poop bag every other day is a welcome relief from scooping loose stuff every day. We noticed when we accidentally let the litter level drop, the inside got pretty messy. It is a pain to clean, but again, similar to cleaning the regular box after a low level. You hold your breath and do the nasty. We are reconciled with that, and keeping the litter level correctly should keep it less messy.

It does the job
I received the litterbox about 2weeks ago and set it up right away took me a moment to get it connected. I do like it but the last few days even I changed the bag and I checked bc it showed again bag full but it isn’t. I have 3 cat’s, they taking to it pretty well. I had to unplug and plug back in to reset it a couple times now ?? Anybody know what the problem is ?

Es mi segunda caja de arena para gatos que se auto limpia cumple con sus funciones y además me dice el peso de mis gatos así puedo saber si todos la están usando, se puede graduar para que demore más tiempo en limpiar, según el tipo de arena y así se solidifican los depósitos , dejándolo limpio

Terrible investment
I wouldn’t purchase it and it was returned. Set up time consuming. Should’ve been much easier. The app was terrible; zero support or phone call answers from the manufacturer. I had one answered Email that gave me a link to YouTube video to watch. I already watched five. . It was so bad. My cat refused to use it after two days and it was the only litter box available to them, so that’s a no sent back. I put their old ones back up,

Terrible choice.
Terrible purchase!!Entire litter is being dumped together with clumps into the bag.This keeps happening almost every time cat uses the device.Tried to call the manufacturer. Nobody answers. Voice mails are nat being answered.I will be returning it
