This automatic litter box did not work as expected. The cleaning mechanism was inconsistent and often left waste behind. It was also louder than anticipated, which startled my pets and made it difficult to use regularly. For a product intended to simplify litter maintenance, it required frequent intervention and did not feel reliable.

No rips, no leaks, and they make changing the litter so much faster. They have a good size and good scent too! Very easy to use. Plus, 60 in a pack lasts me a while.

Poor build quality.
The gravity anti-pinch sensor triggers with each cycle. Cleaned every sensor, reset, and updated the firmware. Have determined the drum is deformed and causing the issue. I either need a replacement part and I will return the entire unit.
