I really like this box! It is way better than the old machine that somehow got cancelled and the waste containers were not made anymore. This one is very quiet and I just like it a lot better! Good job folks!

Yes! Works just as described.However for the app to work u do need 2.4 wifi, 5 is not compatible which SUCKS!So no app accesss but that’s okay it works greatOnce the litter box is used it automatically puts it in the trash bin after 5 min timer

Great Box! Lots of storage for waste. VERY HAPPY.
1 week in, and so far I’m very happy with this automatic cat litter box. The box for waste is big enough to last for 1 week in our one cat household.My cat has an issue with small boxes, and this one is not small, and the size was not been a problem. My cat is VERY interested when the robot part scoops the litter (she always “supervised” me as I cleaned her litter box the usual way ha-ha) and has gone as far as standing on the waste box cover while the motor was dumping the used litter and I’m happy to report that the motor kept going despite her weight being on it. The motion sensors worked to stop the motor if she jumped into the box while it was moving like it was supposed to.I initially bought this litter box for the fact that it was large and also that it comes completely apart to clean, both things were very important to me.I’ll update if there’s any issues. So far, so AMAZING that I don’t have to scoop the litter anymore!

Disappointing
I’ve had this cat box 3 months and I’m not exaggerating when I say I have to manually clean it just as often as I did with the regular non-automatic cat box. The rake gets stuck when the litter gets wet and when it doesn’t get stuck it leaves behind any small waste pieces. Useless, would not recommend.

Game Changer for My Fussy Cat! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
My cat hated our old enclosed auto box. This open one? He uses it instantly! The low entry is perfect. It’s incredibly quiet and odor-free. No more scooping for me, and no more anxiety for him. If you have a hesitant, older, or young cat, this is the solution. Highly recommend!

Disappointing
Disappointing – Worked for 2 months then it’s been one thing or another. Now one of the tines broke off from the cleaning rake – not holding my breath that this machine is going to last much longer. Settings for auto cleaning time allows clumping litter to either be too wet ( 5 min) or too hard (10 minutes) – my old auto cat box allowed minutes to be set instead of 5 minute intervals – 7 minutes was perfect for the litter we use. The waste receptacle continues to fall off the plugs after cleaning which keeps the lid open (and smell) and frightens the cat. Guess time to find a different product.

Likely a good product, but published specs are wrong
Time will tell how well this device works. Only been installed for a few hours, but everything looks pretty good. Cat has even jumped in to explore it!My main problem with this device was the dimensions that were published (30.7″L x 11.4″W x 20.27″H), hoping that it would fit in my 15.25″ wide space. The ACTUAL dimensions are 28.25″L x 16.75″W x 10.25″H. When trying to fit into the existing litter box’s space, it’s REAL IMPORTANT that you publish accurate dimensions. Hoping our cat will learn to use in a new location.

Decent box for the price.
This is a nice self scooping box. My two cats go a lot and I like that I can have the delay set for 20 minutes before it scoops. I don’t use the app for much, though it lets me know that between the two cats, they are inside of it at least 36 times a day! I think they are being like dogs, where one goes and then the next has to go over the top of that, which they repeat a few times before they are satisfied. It was fairly quiet for the first month, but its developed a squeeling noise right at the end of its scooping round. I agree that it’s a bit messy, but a bath rug seems to help keep it contained. I have to change the bag every other day. I agree with others that the cord is too short and how it sticks out the back is inconvenient for placement. Sometimes it scoops twice in a row, which I don’t understand why it does that. I started using it with old litter so they went in right away without fear, and they sit and watch the scooping with curiosity. It’s easy enough to clean. Overall I feel it’s been worth the price I paid.
