Really Works!
This device is amazing. The neighbors dogs would bark and fight between our fences. I bought this and the barking stopped! This morning I was cleaning stalls and saw neighbors dogs bark and mine ran to the fence, then they turned and hightailed it back to the house. I am very pleased.

It works. My neighbor dog bark less I turn on this device and after a couples hours they figure it out they avoid the area and rarely hear any barking I can walk thought the door and it’s quiet as can be not more stressed when we come home very effective .

Unclear information
You can not use this device on puppies. I did not know this when I bought it. No where did it let me know that you could not use this on a dog less than 4 months old until I opened up the package and read the manual. This information should be available before purchase.

I love dogs, however, my backyard neighbor do not walk their dogs and just leave them in the backyard and they bark so much when we approached to the fence! I have been bothered by the unwanted noises until I recently got this ultrasonic bark deterrent!This device has many sound bars around all cubic sides allows the ultrasonic frequency to pass around all directions. It emits a high-frequency sound that’s effective to dogs but not affecting humans.There are different frequencies built in the device and one can turn the button easily to choose the needed level. The wide coverage area is a plus, perfect for outdoor use in my case. I have used about a week so far and noticed much less frequent and shorter barking episodes.Installation is straightforward and comes in with screws in the package which is helpful to attache to my wood fence. I appreciate the ipx5 waterproof design which allows me to leave it outdoor rain or shine, and snow too! The rechargeable battery lasts so long that i have charged only once so far and it’s still working fine without the need to charge it, very low maintenance and easy to use.On top of all the anti-barking functions, this item has a great stylish design that almost looks like a speaker! It’s built really nicely that everyone can tell it’s not a cheap made at all.I recommend this device for those who wants to reduce unwanted barking but prefer not to put a collar on the dogs or do not have the option to put a collar like in my case, i.e. others’ dogs!

This dog barking suppressant is easy to use. After receiving it, you first need to charge it. The device itself is small, with sound holes on all four sides. The package includes screws and hooks for fixing it to a wooden fence, wall, or post. I keep it on the shoe rack inside the door, and sometimes on the TV cabinet in the living room—basically wherever the dog frequents. The adjustment is also intuitive; you select the mode or automatic mode using a knob. The device automatically emits a sound almost inaudible to the human ear after hearing a loud bark. Normally, the machine is quiet and doesn’t work continuously; it only activates when a dog is barking persistently. Once activated, the dog hears a certain noise and quiets down. It’s very effective at suppressing excessive barking. My own dog has gradually barked less. I tried placing it on the fence near my neighbor’s house to see how it would affect their dog, which frequently barks at the window, but it didn’t seem to work; perhaps the distance was too great.

This is a good little device to hang around and control the barking.My dog likes to hang around the front window and shout his praises to the beighbours. At least that’s my idea of what is going through his head. In reality he just barks loudly at the reflections in the glass and drives me mad. This looks like a little four box brick of speakers with a dial and a screen, basic but functions. The hooks let me mount it on the wall, but it’s the perfect size for my window ledge, so I can place it there. The instructions are a little vague, but it’s pretty simple, you turn the dial to the frequency, or “auto.” When it hears a loud noise that sounds like a bark, it plays the frequency chirp. Even though you probably won’t hear it, the dogs definitely do, and they get away, so it works out at deterring the barking. I left it by the window and even when the friendly delivery driver walked by, he only barked one time before the machine kicked in and he left. It’s unpleasant enough for him to deter the barking.The manual says to mount it at head level for them, I don’t know how important that is, since the window ledge is about that high and that’s the only place they have barked, but with the included mounting brackets, it shouldn’t be an issue to mount up and control their barking!

I’ve been using this ultrasonic deterrent for a while now, and while it isn’t a total failure, it’s certainly not the miracle solution I was hoping for. I have noticed that when the device triggers, my dog’s bark changes slightly in tone half of the time. It clearly registers that something is happening, so the ultrasonic frequency is reaching him, but it really takes his deep boom of a bark to set off the auto mode. A lot of the time, my dog just barks right through it. I’ve tried switching between the auto mode and the other preselected frequencies, but neither seems to be a definitive deterrent. There is a flashing light on the unit that illuminates when the frequency has failed, but my dog couldn’t care less about it. It never catches his attention or distracts him from whatever he’s barking at. However, my dog has been “barking up a storm” for about 6 years now. It seems that “you can’t teach an old dog new tricks” applies here. For a dog with a well-established habit, this device might be too subtle to fully curb the behavior. When I do realize that it is working, his bark seems to change, but is still pretty much present, but on a lower octave. Perhaps with a younger dog this device would be a lot more beneficial.

I placed it on my window ledge which happens to be about head level for my dog. When it detects barking it plays an ultrasonic frequency that I can barely hear but my dog definitely notices.The first day I set it up the delivery driver walked past and my dog only barked once before the device kicked in. He stopped and moved away from the window. That’s exactly what I was hoping for. The instructions could be clearer but honestly it’s pretty straightforward to figure out. Turn the dial, place it at your dog’s head level, and let it do its thing. Works both indoors and outdoors. Good option for anyone looking for a gentle way to address excessive barking without complicated training methods.
