Cute climbs, terrible anchors
They’re pretty nice for the most part. I saw the reviews where people noted how the hammock openings weren’t large enough and their stitching tore while trying to put it on. I was anxious that I may have gotten a bad batch too, as it was so hard to get on the first one, but then I sort of just tilted the wood into the opening and shimmied the fabric back and forth until it went over the wood tip. After I figured that out, it was easy to just pull the fabric down. I installed the rest that way. I bought 3 packs to create a climb in my stair well for our kitten. She immediately started exploring it and seems to like it.The main problem I have with these, is with the anchors. Typical dry wall is under an inch. The screws provided are pretty long, and while that’s fine considering the wood installs are also adding depth— the anchors are terrible for drywall. Anchors generally only work when they can anchor into the drywall or can bracket the back of it. The anchors provided are just as long as the screws, yet only have bracketing points at the very end, which when it is inserted in a drilled hole, is sticking out into the abyss, in the hollows of the drywall. At no point will the anchors actually get to brace into the drywall so they’re useless and even worse than if I had just drilled directly into the wall. I’ll have to go buy some new anchors.

My cats love the hammock!!

Hammock doesn’t fit supports? Don’t waste your money
Cannot get hammock to fit onto the support splines provided. Not sure if they were just incorrectly measured and cut out or what but for me to even be able to get the hammock on it burst the stitches out, rendering the hammock completely useless. A total waste of money.

Bad drywall inserts
Got the product but the dry wall inserts are trash so the screws just spin so I’m going to have to by some new ones but other than that it looks cool.

Okay for being cheap
My end of the hammock also did not fit and ripped when my husband tried to force it thru. We tried to switch out wooden sides thinking maybe we had them mixed up, we did not have them mixed up it literally just doesn’t fit on one side. We rigged it up ourselves. Also I do wish the steps came out more. They don’t give the cat any room to turn around so when putting it up on the wall they have to go leading directly to the hammock instead of making it a different pattern. Over all they were cheap so it was worth paying less than the more expensive ones. I’m okay with it

I have been searching for the perfect furniture that my cat would be able to enjoy and lounge in. I am so happy I found this product for him! I love the design of this product because it includes climbing steps and a scratching surface, which makes it more fun and interactive for my cat. This hammock itself is very soft and comfortable so I love that my baby gets to relax in it.This product is very sturdy to mount in my bedroom wall and is made of high quality material, which is really important for my cat. It was really easy to install and did not take long at all to set up.I highly recommend this product for all cat owners!!

Don’t waste your time
Piece of crap. Hammock doesn’t fit over the rail, so you can’t assemble without ripping it. It’s like they didn’t measure how much a loop they needed for their own construction. Shoddy. Returned immediately.

Looks nice and it’s real wood, but the hardware is incorrect. The screws and anchors they provide don’t match. The screws don’t even grip in the anchors, they slide right out. Get your own hardware.
