Fits the cat, fits the plane.
Perfect for flights that only accommodate small carriers.We rescue, foster, TNVR cats. Although we primarily foster and home kittens we recently were awarded a 12# fluff ball which is part Norwegian Forest cat and 100 percent fabulous.Because we have full time cats (failed fosters) we need to separate the foster from them until homed. That’s hard to do when you’ve got travel.None of our carriers would pass Allegiant’s size restrictions so I bought this hoping the cat would be comfortable enough.It’s perfect. Because the top pops up she had plenty of room to turn around and enough space to spread out.The only modification I made and would recommend is I added heavy duty Velcro to the base board/bed so it doesn’t shift around. I can still take the base out but it’s stable when handling the carrier.

I own a cat rescue and have used many carriers for travel. This is by far THE BEST, well thought out carrier with wheels I have ever used in my life. My daughter was traveling from New York to Virginia by train with her companion cat and was very nervous to use this. It worked like a charm. The locks on each zipper, we’re very well thought out, the wheels turn so incredibly easily at a moments notice, the space inside was huge – she has a 15 pound cat. The cat was comfortable and had plenty of room to move around, he could see on all sides of him, and my daughter, it was very comfortable using this as it was easy for her to pull the cat and be able to hold on to her carry ons while walking on and off the subway, streets of NYC, and the train. This is an excellent excellent product that was so well thought out. Highly recommend!

Bigger than it looks, secure, well made, comfortable.
This is a well designed and sturdy cat carrier. My 10 pound cat is very suspicious of carriers, but I left this one out and open for three weeks, and the other day, he just jumped in through the top and went to sleep for four hours.The bed is soft and comfortable with a washable cover and a rigid bottom plate that easily supports the cat’s weight and is also washable.There are several zippered openings, including a front door, and more importantly from my standpoint, the entire top opens with zippers, revealing a surprisingly large space inside. That was how my cat went in to take his nap, and how I put him in when the time came to go to the airport.All of the zippers can lock in place.Alaska Airlines barely glanced at the carrier and there were no questions about allowing it on the plane.The top can be pulled up an extra 3 inches or so to give the cat more headroom when not under the seat. The expandable top is easily pushed down to fit the airline’s height limitation.

Fits perfect on United and Alaska
We had to move from Hawaii to the mainland and I knew it was going to be very stressful for my cat so I wanted to be sure to pick something super comfortable for her. This was it! She is 14lbs and fit very comfortably. It is easy to use, there was no smell and the quality is A+. There are lots of air vents, the strap length for carrying was perfect and comfortable to use. You are able to unzip the top to reach in and calm them as needed. It is the correct size to fly on United and Alaska under the seat. I highly recommend buying it early so they get used to being able to go in and don’t panic when it’s time to travel.

The carrier is nice and fits nicely under the airplane seat.The locking safety latches are small and hard for old hands to manage quickly. My dog chewed a plug out of the zipper before I could secure him in the carrier the first time.

Perfect for flying! First time taking my pup on a plane and was so worried it wouldn’t fit under seat or he wouldn’t be comfortable. Flew Southwest and it fit perfectly. Easy access to my Beary and wonderful extendable top for more room. Good sturdy material and easy to clean. Would highly recommend for first time travel.

Awesome pet carrier!
After looking around for many many months and trying several different pet carriers, I decided to give this one a try. I love the fact that the top expands so that your pup can be more comfortable while waiting at the airport. Then when it’s time to put them under the seat, you just zip that top part down and it slides easily under The seat in front of you. It also has a storage pocket on the outside, perfect for tucking dog treats, etc. The bottom is also firm enough that it doesn’t sag under my 15 pound dogs weight, and also allows it to sit on top of your wheeled luggage. It has a short tether inside to clip onto your dog’s collar if you care to, as a safety feature to keep them from jumping out. I opted not to use that so that she could turn around while she was in there if she chose to.Super pet carrier at a great price!

We travel a lot with our Yorkie and what I like about this bag is that the top raises to give her extra standing space if she wants it. When flying the carrier fits perfectly under the seat in front of me. I like that the carrier has lots of visual/air ventilation screens. It has one side or rear pouch to put treats in, leash/harness or doggie bags. It has a side strap to attach the carrier to the suitcase and basically, I’m happier when my pup has lots of in comfort/space to travel in.

I was having an impossible time trying to find a carrier that fit air canadas plane specific regulations while also trying to keep my cats comfy for a 14 hour flight and thankfully I came across this carrier. Both cats fit comfortably in it and can stand up and turn around. The one in the photo is 14lbs and my other one is 19lbs and both are happy with it. I don’t travel until feb but I’ll post an update with how well it travels.
