Perfect carrier
This carrier is exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight but very sturdy, and the zippers feel strong and secure. My cat actually enjoys going inside, which says a lot! The mesh panels give plenty of ventilation, and I like that my pet can see out without feeling trapped. It’s also super convenient to carry — the shoulder strap is comfortable, and it folds flat for easy storage. We’ve already used it for a vet visit and a short road trip, and it made the whole experience so much less stressful. Highly recommend for both cats and small dogs!

Great carrier for large cats
I have a 15lber and he really hates carriers and vets. so its already hard to get him in to a carrier thats too small. this one is large and comfy and its not as big of a struggle

Thoughtful design undermined by a critical zipper flaw
A good carrier needs to be three things: sturdy enough to feel secure, comfortable enough to minimize the cat’s stress, and easy to load quickly when you have a reluctant passenger. This carrier gets the first two right but stumbles on the third.Good build quality to start. The frame is rigid and the materials feel durable. The standout feature is the expandable side compartment. You can unzip one of the mesh windows and it folds out into a little “sunroom” or side cubby. This is a genuinely great design choice for reducing a cat’s anxiety during long waits at the vet, giving them significantly more space to stretch out.However, my carrier has a major flaw that prevents a 5-star rating: the main top zipper.On the unit I received, this zipper is stiff and difficult to pull. Worse, it doesn’t close completely, leaving a small gap at the end. For any cat owner who has ever had to wrangle their pet, you know that getting them into the carrier is a race against time. You need to be able to zip it up quickly and securely before they can execute a last-second escape. A stiff zipper turns that crucial moment into a stressful and fumbling process. A zipper that doesn’t close all the way to the end is an escape opportunity. Some cats (like mine) are great escape artists. They’ll capitalize on any escape opportunity, and an incomplete zipper is just that.It’s a real shame, because the rest of the carrier is so well-designed. I’m hoping I just received a defective unit, but I have to review the product in front of me and that top zipper is very crucial to the core design of wrangling a reluctant, slippery and claw-y passenger into the carrier and securing them quickly. I have to deduct two stars. Otherwise, this would have been an easy 5-star product.

This is a great little pet carrier—exactly what I was looking for. It’s a nice, traditional design, and the size (18″x11″x11″) is just right for our cat, Moon. One feature I really like is the expandable side—it gives him a bit more space to stretch out, which is super helpful when traveling. The zippers all work smoothly, and it’s really easy to get him in and out without a struggle.There’s plenty of mesh on all sides, so it feels breathable without being flimsy. The mesh is actually pretty tough—it would take a determined pet a lot of effort to scratch through. Moon even likes to relax in it at home, which tells me it’s comfortable for him. I left it out for about a week before a vet trip, and when it came time to go, he walked right in without fuss. For around $40, I think it’s well worth the price. Fantastic cat carrier
I have multiple cats and a few of them decided to help me showcase this bag.Pros: *with extension plenty of room for 2 full grown cats avg weight, my 2 in the bag are about 10lbs-11lbs each*My large cat that is 13-14lbs cat had plenty of room to move around in so I know he will enjoy the bag on long trips in the car instead of feeling a squished.*when moving them in and out of the house the extension zips up easily and still has plenty of room inside*both ends zip open, as well as having a smaller door on one end so the bag stays sturdy, also has a top opening as well making vet trips nicer for my little ones.*zip up side pocket for vet papers, or any other small items you may want to take, my cats suggest treat bags* My 11lb cat laid on the top of it and it held him up without squishing the bag down (extension was zipped up)*fuzzy insert for them to lay on inside also helps to keep it sturdy, is removable for easy cleaning* strong straps, has a shoulder strap if you prefer those* has an inner secured strap for leashing your pet to help stop quick run away. I will probably not sue it but it is there if I feel I need it* mesh looks strong, I did have one get her claws caught but that is not unusual and she got herself unstuck* good ventilation without being to open makes it easy to help them feel secure, a little hidden when other animals are aroundCons: If you like colorful bags then the neutral color may not be for you, personally I like the color. I feel this is nitpicking though and not really a conOverall great bag, taken care of I think it will last for a long time. My cats give it 5 stars.

Collapsible yet sturdy!
I was amazed at how much room there is in this travel carrier. There are many zippered vents that you can unzip to make more room, or zip them down for a smaller footprint.It is also much more sturdier than I imagined. Very god construction and quality.
