Works great. It makes it so much easier to clean and doesn’t smell as bad as a regular litter box. It is very quiet. Setting it up was very simple. It is definitely worth the money. Tons of settings. App labels are weird but easy to figure out. The app lets you know when you need to change out the bag. Very pleased with it.

If you’re on the fence about investing in a self-cleaning litter box, do it—and let it be this one. We have three cats, all different personalities, and this thing has not only held up but completely transformed our home life.First off, the size is amazing. It’s roomy enough for our big Maine Coon but still sleek enough to not be an eyesore in our laundry room. The extra-large design is perfect if you have multiple cats—it cycles quickly and thoroughly enough that no one is ever waiting or dealing with leftovers.Now to the best part: zero scooping. Good product but needs attention to details
I have owned this litter box for about an year now. First, it fails to connect with the app. After several attempts and troubleshooting, it never connected and I just gave up and I am deducting a start for this issue. So the rest of the review is dedicated to its function as a litter box. My cats adapted to this litter box very quickly. I was worried that it would take a while for them to start using this box. The sensors are very good and the litter box will work as it is supposed to work most of the time (90%). There have been a few instances, where it has failed to empty the clumped up litter after the cat has used the box. I would have to manually press the button to initiate the collection. As the cats use the litter box, the litter quantity decreases and there is no sensor to let you know that the litter has reduced beyond a critical point, when the cats will not longer use the box. So we need to monitor the litter level periodically. Also, there is no sensor to let you know if you have added the correct level of litter (especially the clay based litter). Beyond a specific weight, the drum fails to rotate properly, so you have to be careful with the amount of litter you add. In use I have found that you can add one bag of the 4-pack litter sold at Costco. For this price it would be best to have some sort of screen or other mechanism to prevent litter spill from the box when the cats exit after use. Since the litter box has a permanent opening, it is not truly odor free. The odor level is significantly lower than a conventional litter box, but I have invested in a odor absorbing gel to keep it below our detection threshold. While I would recommend it for its convenience, I think it could seriously use a good upgrade.

Worth the Price!
I was honestly hesitant to spend over $300 on a litter box, it was on sale for 259 therefore, I gave it a try. After using this for two weeks, I can confidently say, it’s one of the best pet investments I’ve ever made. It works super well for my family.I have two cats, and they took to it surprisingly quickly. The self-cleaning system works smoothly, no jams or weird smells and it’s sturdy. The odor control is amazing, my house no longer smells like a litter box, even when I skip a full clean-out for a couple of days. The app is easy to use and actually helpful, you can monitor usage, see alerts, and even control cleaning cycles remotely.What I really love is the ambient light feature, it looks futuristic and the cats seem to love it too. It’s also quiet when running, and the waste drawer is easy to empty and replace.Overall, if you’re tired of scooping or dealing with messy litter areas, this litter box will truly change your life. Highly recommended for cat parents who want something hassle-free , high-tech and it’s totally worth it.

I recently purchased this one for its size as I have 6 cats. It does an ok job, but often there is clumps stuck that don’t get removed and you still have to clean inside. It also would be better if it held more cat litter so the cats could dig and bury better then this might help with the issue. I like the light and app features and pinch control which gets used often cuz the cats like to watch it turn and stick their heads inside. I am concerned on how long the canvas and mechanisms will last but I guess I will find out. Some minor improvements and it would be great.
